THIS BUSINESS DESERVES ZERO STARS! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Never ever EVER buy a vehicle from here!! They try to RIP you off and sell you CRAP!! We Had gone in to look at a vehicle and the one we were there for had already sold so they tried selling us something else. Their prices are ridiculous so we said no thank you. They called us 2 weeks later and told us they had got a new car in and they wanted us to take... view more a look. After 2 phone calls from the guy, we decided to go. We get there and my husband spots an Infinity G35 and they try to sell him that one instead. He said no and they kept pushing it on us until I said no it?ˆ™s a girly car. So they backed off. Again, our numbers weren?ˆ™t matching and before they let us go, they brought in the ?ˆ?boss.?ˆ? And I say ?ˆ?boss?ˆ? because a REAL boss would not 1. Take ANYTHING personal when it comes to selling a car and 2. Speak the way he did to a customer. My husband and I BOTH deal with customers on a daily basis and we both know the customer is always right (even when we know they are not). He asked us what we wanted and we told him. The car was junk and my husband gave him a price HE thought was reasonable. Oh no, the boss (tall skinny Indian dude ?ˆ“ Watch out for him) got so offended that he told us we were trying to rob him. We said, now you know how we feel because we feel like that?ˆ™s what you?ˆ™re trying to do to us right now. We left, my husband left his ID there and we had to go back and get it.. this is the fun part. He goes inside to get his ID the stupid idiot boss comes out starts yelling again and saying how OUR price is a slap to the face and so on. He kicked my husband out of the office and as he was walking past my husband he shoved him and it all went downhill from there. Instead of the idiot staying INSIDE AND NOT MAKING A BIG DEAL OF WHAT HE JUST CAUSED, he?ˆ™s walking right behind my husband cussing every single bad word there is!!! The most unbelievably horrible "service" ever!!! These guys are always cutting corners to make a buck. Don`t make the same mistake I did.... buy your vehicle ANYWHERE but here or YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
