Best auto repair shop

I have been a long-time customer of Park St. Auto and I`ve had nothing but good experiences over the years. When I go there I feel like I am visiting a friend: the service manager and the owner are very nice people and listen to my car concerns. I`ve never been surprised with a bill because they tell me how much it will cost before working on my car. A Happy Customer

I have a Honda Accord which I take to Park St. Auto for regular maintenance. I like this place because since they started working on it, my car runs great and has not given me any problems. They have excellent customer service and the job gets done in a fair amount of time. They seem honest, their prices are not as high as the dealer and you get similar or even better service. whoops there went $,$$$. thanks

Reoccuring problem.: For me to bring it back but they`re going to CHARGE ME for ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC?? They didn`t fix my electrical problem. They told me to bring it back, but they`d have to do a ""diagnostic"". I told them they just did one but didn`t fix the problem. They charged me to fix a ""leak"". Soon it was leaking worse than ever. AND ALSO, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE$$$.

OVER PRICED

Avoid at all cost. This place overcharges for everything. Oil change in the $40.00 range. $900 to replace my timing belt and battery. Poor customer service from the manager named Jose Arce. Avoid this place.
