They were all smiles to start....

They were all smiles to start. They rebuilt my 2005 Mustang transmission. When I picked it up and drove away, I noticed a very annoying and obvious rattle coming from under the car that was not there when I took it in. I took it back the next day and had to leave it all day to fix. They said they took care of it, but when I picked it up, it was still there, but maybe 50% less. I was hoping it would go away, but it go... view moret worse, so I brought it back. Again, I had to leave it all day. No more smiles. They said they didn`t cause it, it was an exhaust hanger problem that was a Ford design flaw, but said they fixed it anyway. However, when I picked it up, they gave me the card of a muffler shop and were preparing to dig their heels in. I said it didn`t make the noise when I brought it here, it does now, but if you fixed it, there`s no problem. They grumbled Ok. Luckily, the noise was not there after their THIRD try and two extra days of my time without a car.

Dude don`t go there!! Seriousl...

Dude don`t go there!! Seriously, the worst experience I`ve ever had with a business in all my 50 years of living here in sunny southern California. I took my car in for an inspection and repair (what they recommended), and ended up with having to take my car elsewhere and spent an additional $1400.00 to fix a misdiagnosed/repair problem, not to mention the poor customer service, owners are rude, condescending, and by... view more there standards the customer is always wrong! I gave the manager and the owners MULTIPLE opportunities to remedy the issue I had but there response was other than a favorable one and poor attitude. I could go on and on but heck life is to short! Just trust me don`t give these folks your business they deserve to be out of business as far as I`m concerned.
