Got my car done as fast as possible
Brian was very helpful and explained all the necessary maintenance to me before we started. He knew I was waiting for my car and got it done as fast as possible.

process is very quick
In two words - thorough and comprehensive. I should also add that my service person (Harris) has always kept me updated on the work being done. The process to check a car in is easy and quick.

Quick dealership
Your dealership and service department is quick, efficient, courteous and helpful. For these reasons, I drive out of my way to Brecht for service instead of going to Encinitas BMW which is closer to me. Sanjay V.

Excellent overall experience. I never felt pressured into buying specifically through you. Everyone I had to deal with was superb at explaining details to me. I am very satisfied with the results and LOVE my new Mini!?ˆ?

Poor Customer Service Overall
I have taken my vehicle for repairs twice to both Service and the body shop. If you are looking to have your vehicle repaired in a timely manner with good customer service, forget about it!
When I took my vehicle in for a window repair, the service department did not have my vehicle ready when they told me to pick it up. I waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for my car to be completed after I arrived and paid. Even aft... view moreer that, my car was still wet and there were pieces of glass in the back seat.
The body shop DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES. They overcharge for labor and do not budge when it comes to negotiating with insurance. My car was held hostage at the body shop for about a week after the repairs were completed. Meanwhile, I had to, in a sense, be the mediator. I had to check in daily to ensure faxes were being received by the insurance company. The manager was very condescending over the phone and didn`t offer any solutions to the problem. The situation could have been resolved had they researched information regarding equipment that was used to repair my car and e-mailed it to my insurance. That was the main discrepancy. It took calling Mr. Brecht to finally get through to them. It was only then that they were polite over the phone.
The experience was horrible. If my vehicle is ever hit again, I will not be returning to Brecht. I will go to the European auto repair shop 4 blocks down. I was told they were good.
