Honest, reasonable prices and fast.

I had a problem with the rear wheel bearing on my BMW and got a few estimates from dealers, etc. They ranged anywhere from $390 to $750. These guys did it for $250, and while I waited (had to call a couple of days in advance). Also, the place I had taken it to before to diagnose the problem also recommended a bunch of other pricy repairs including relacing ""leaky"" control arm bushings and so on immediately. These g... view moreuys double checked that and said first of all these things don`t leak, they either tear or are OK, and they don`t need to be replaced any time soon.

I was impressed by their honesty and pleasantly surprised by the price and speed. Thanks.

excellent auto service

I have been using this auto service garage for over 9 years and 2 different Mercedes. Why? because they are competent, helpful and friendly. John & his crew has always given me an honest assessment of any repairs that need to be done. When I had a fender bender and had John`s do the work, my insurance company was amazed that the cost was significantly lower compared to what they expected... and as always the wor... view morek was done with good workmanship and they were on time with their time estimation. They dont offer loaner cars, but that has not been a problem for me.

5 Star Service

I just picked up my BMW from John`s European Auto and I am very impressed with their service. What they say on their website is true...they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. This was the first time I took my car to them - I usually brought it to a dealership. NEVER AGAIN will I trust my maintenance work to a dealership! The particular dealership in my area spoke to me like I was a moro... view moren - I was totally insulted. At John`s, they are honest and helpful. They don`t try to hustle you out of your money or try to convince you to fix something that still has ""life"" left on it. I highly recommend going to John`s for your BMW/Mercedes/Mini service!!
