These guys are snakes. They constantly try to change the deal terms by slipping in misc charges. Matt is sleazy- by far the worst sales guy I have ever encountered. If you decide to visit this place BEWARE. You will quickly see what I am talking about. Matt cant help it- he is a con man for life. SLEAZY SLEAZY SLEAZY

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

I was looking for a specific car, black on black Vette ,and these guys had it. Ther was absolutely no pressre from Matt, he just let me take it for a ride and let me deside. Told him I`ll need to think about it, and I`d get back to him. Did my own research and got a carfax report on it, and I was sold. Called him later that evening, and asked what needs to be done on my part, to secure the car. He simply said your wo... view morerd and the CD I loaned him was good enough.
Went back the following day and secured the deal.
I`ll tell all of you who read this review, I`ve bought quite a few cars in my day, new and used, and was never treated so well as Matt and David treated me. I highly recommend buying from Auto Gallery in Hayward. Compared to the big (p..s ant auto dealers )out there, these guys are quantum leaps ahead. Matt you`ve got a customer for life. Excellent Car Buying Experience

My wife and I recently purchased a car from the Auto Gallery in Hayward. We seen the car nicely advertised on the Internet with plenty of good quality pictures. Hayward is over an hour drive from were we live, so I called Auto Gallery before heading down. Shervin answered the phone, was very polite and answered any questions I had. Feeling good about our phone call, we headed over to Hayward.
The car was in... view more excellent condition just as described on the Internet. Shervin immediately provided the Car Fax report and Blue Book value on request. He answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in.
We never felt pressured and were treated very nicely an overall excellent car buying experience. My wife absolutely loves her new car!!

Awesome service, very detail oriented and extremely helpful

I had been looking for a Corvette for the past 9 months. Then I came across this add for a 2001 Corvette. I called Shervin from Auto Gallery. He gave me all the details on the Vette. A great car buying experience. They were very honest. No high pressure sales pitch. They promised to fix some items and they delivered on their promises. Great Price Great Deal

Saw an add for a Lexus LS with luxury package. Went and saw the car and couldn`t believe how nice it was. It had low mileage. Was immaculate. Had every option available. And the prize was great. Took it to my mechanic and put it up in the air and there wasn`t a drop of oil or fluid anywhere. The car is amazing. This was the car I had been looking for for the last 2 years and I finally found it. I couldn`t be any hap... view morepier at the moment. As for the sales people. Contrary to the reviews I had read that said they were ""pushy"", I found them to be the opposite. I spent about 2-3 hours the day of purchase looking over the car and the salesperson spent the whole time with me answering any questions I had. It was a great purchasing experience.

Great place, Happy with my purchase, REASONABLY PRICED!

I walked into this place after i drove by them several times and noticed their beautiful selection of cars. I ended up buying an acura from these guys a couple months ago....i`ve had no problems with it at all, its so clean and rides incredibly smooth. I`m ECSTATIC about my purchase, i drive to work smiling every day.. They had a few 2006 mini coops and I`m thinking about surprising my wife with one :)
As for the ... view moreservice, their salesmen seem to change throughout the week (i`ve been there 3 times, and each time there were different salesmen, al three times they were all very helpful and non-pushy. the manager is always there though.
They ran a carfax for me on the car right there in their office! that was rare thing to see at a pre-owned dealership.

I`ve been to 5 or 6 places on mission, and this one seems to have the best selection of cars, and the most reasonable sales staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Terrible Dishonest sell cars with accident damage

This place is terrible. I went to check out a Lexus. The salesperson was very rude.
I asked to run a carfax. They asked what for.... the car is fine. I later ran a carfax and the car had been in an accident. Do not trust this dealership.

Rude Insulting Salesman - Don`t Go Here!!!

I was serious about buying a car and went to this Dealership. The short salesman was very rude and insulted me. He told the other salesman that I was not serious about buying a car and that I was just there to play games. He said this right in front of me. I asked him why the weatherstrip was missing from a car and he said, in a VERY SARCASTIC way, ""then maybe you shouldn`t buy it"". I told him he was a j*rk an... view mored walked off the lot. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS THERE.

pushy salesman, hated it, buy else where

I went to a bunch of car dealers, these guys were the worse, way to push, would give up and continued to hound left and right, would not recommend.
