My car was serviced on the said branch. And when I get my car the oil was leaking through the drain plug. And when I check the plug, it was loose. At first I thought they forgot to tighten the plug but when I tried to tighten it I`ve noticed that the threads are stripped so that explains the plug just keep on turning and it won`t get tighten. So I complained and called the branch. They went to my house 4/9/11 to chec... view morek the car why it was leaking oil. So they found out that the oil pan threads were stripped. So your employee told me that I need to get my car towed to the auto shop (mission auto shop) so they could re-thread the oilpan. ? so I did get it towed last Monday 4/11/11. Then I received a phone call from the manager saying that mission auto doesn`t do re-threading. They told me to get the car towed to orange to get it re-threaded since they do it there. Then 5 days had gone by I never heard from them (ezlube manager). Then I receive a call from mission auto stating that they were getting a hold of me for the past 2 days asking what needs to be done to my car. Apparently the EZ Lube manager never call mission auto so they will know what to do with my car. So I called ezlube complaining why my car isn`t done yet. I am so frustrated for what`s happening. It`s just a simple stripped thread and its taking more done a week to get it fixed. I even ask the manager why wouldn`t you just replace the oil pan and be done with it. And he said it`s not their responsibility to pay for the bill. And I said you guys stripped the threads and I get to pay for the repair. I`m so DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED and UPSET. I`ve been a loyal customer with you guys for how many years now and a simple problem can`t be fixed right away. I really need my car and it`s so inconvenient for me burrowing car from friends and family. Because of this I will NEVER go back to your shop again. I will report you guys to better business bureau and will start a blog how you guys do business. I am not happy with your customer satisfaction. You guys are zero (0) when it comes to customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed. When you guys recommend services need to be done to my car I say yes and spend money. But with this minor problem you guys don`t care if you lose your customers the way you solve problems. I will never go back to you Guys again.
