My Crown Victoria ran rough, sputtering up hills and stalling down hills and at stop lights. On Monday I took it into Capistrano Ford. Tuesday they said the didn`t have the parts but estimated the work at $1373.99. Wednesday they got the part but said the part it fit into needed replacing and they didn`t have that part. Bobby walked up to me as I exited my car, gave me a test drive of their Mustang GT down to Tuttle Clicks other facility in San Capo as they didn`t carry a GT convertible at the time in Irvine. After I had bought my car was when I realized how happy I am for buying the car from this guy.
