They need a lesson on how to change oil

My son`s car (Saab) never leaked oil until he took it to this Jiffy Lube. I`m guessing they stripped it. They also didn`t have the proper air filter in stock and tried to jam something that was perhaps for a Ford in instead. This visit ended up costing me extra - as I had to take the Saab to the dealer afterwards. I`m sure they are great if you have a GMC, Ford, etc.
