Not a good experience

I called and asked if they had tires for my car and was assured that the size I needed was in stock at the price I wanted. They made me an appointment for 2 hours later and when I showed up they only had 1 tire for the price agreed on . Wow what a help that was! The counter person wanted me to buy the more expensive tires. He didn`t remember telling me that he had all 4 tires that was originally agreed on. I wa... view morested my time and was irritated by the fact that he obviously lied and tried to push me into buying the higher priced tires. The lady in line in front of me was having issues with the agreed upon price as well.

Great Service. Very Rasonable prices. Great attitude.

I`ve been into GoodYear Auto Service on S. Bascom before and they were always very friendly and pleasant to deal with, but it was onyl minor repairs. Recently I had to get a ton ( A TON ) of brake work done, but they were very understanding and pleasant to deal with. The final price came in on estimate which is really about as good as you can hope for. I will definitely be back.
