Bad service and left my hanging!
I went in to Audiowerk over a month ago for aftermarket alarm system installation but there clueless on installing the alarm system which they sell. I had to come in five or six times again for them to fix the installation problem which damage my $200 car battery by drained it out too many times.

Finally the installer who do my installation come to the conclusion to take the aftermarket system out and put if b... view moreack to the stock alarm system but he failed on that part too and drain out my battery again. I went back to them again and they so call fix the problem and when I came home and park my car and came back to driving the car the stock alarm system wouldn`t turn off which didn`t start the car. I call them back again telling them to fix it but they wouldn`t even both coming to my house. After the whole situation I paid them for nothing I hold them respond for the stock alarm which was working before I went to them and they lost one of my key.

I will file a civil suit if I don`t get a refund, payment for the charges to fix my stock alarm and door lock and ignition replacement due to them having lost or keep my key.

I know what goes in those ghetto audio shop. My roommate was employ by the owner of Audiowerk`s brother and now without a stock alarm and them `having` a key to my car I will hold them liable for stolen items and the car.

BTW - they go an F by the Better Business Bureau.

Here is the explanation of the BBB.

The Professionals!
I went to Audiowerk several weeks ago to look for a basic system for my 98` Honda Civic. I wanted to spend only around $500 at the max so after chatting with the salesperson, Shawn, I was pleased to get a Kenwood cd, 4 Rockford speakers, an amplifier, and one 12"" Kicker subwoofer for $550 installed. I have to say I was glad I was not pressured into buying more than I wanted to spend and so I got to give it to Shawn ... view more for making my purchase as pressure-free and smooth as possible. Well, I will definitely be back there soon for an alarm system for my other car.

REALLY BAD IDEA
I had AudioWerk install one of the premium head units with the fold out Flat screen, DVD player, Nav system and Bluetooth. After two weeks the system began to drain my battery when the car was off, it would randomly turn itself on and off and generally made my ride a living hell. I had my battery and alternator tested and had the system checked by AudioWerk again. They told me it was because my terminals to the batte... view morery where loose and my alternator wasnt charging my battery properly. They fixed it by SCREWING SCREWS INTO MY BATTERY AND TERMINALS!!!!! Needless to say I was beyond upset and took the car to BestBuy to get a second opinion and they told me the installation work was shoddy at best! I went back to AudioWerk and waited in line with 4 other upset customers who where all there to complain about the installation work. I had them remove the system from the vehicle and also they told me they will be replacing my terminals and connections. The one man in front of me was one of their debtors from Rockford Fosgate and DEI and apparently these folks don`t pay their bills either and he was super upset. To end with, this is a VERY VERY shady business. It`s a little hole in the wall with a lot of very unprofessional looking individuals doing the installations. The prerequisite for working here must be breathing air. Do NOT go here unless you want to fry your ride, I`m not even sure if I can install another head unit now without it doing the same thing!

Sweet Deals for Car Alarms
I`m so glad my friend recommend this place to me. They gave me a super great deal on an engine start alarm and their crew is super nice. One of them gave me a ride to Santana Row where I can hang out while they worked on my car. When my car was done (faster than I expected them to), they called me and a few minutes later picked me up and brought me back to Audiowerk where Shaun the salesman showed me how to use my al... view morearm. It works great and I`m so happy with my new alarm! I`m going back there to get a new stereo when I get my next paycheck!

Bad Bad Place to get your Car Alarm install Period
The quoted Alarm was not fully installed. They basically used the old alarm cables, led, and i believe some components. The sales person said the product did not come with manual, 2 remotes etc after they installed it. I swear i saw 2 remotes and manual when Sean Dipp showed me. But the 2 sales person today were ignorant about my issues and had know knowledge on how to use or operate the alarm after install..How can t... view morehese guys run a business like this ? No manual i have no idea on how to use it..! Do not go here for any INSTALL PERIOD.....

Killer Deals, Professional Service
I needed to replace my OEM car stereo with a GPS navigation system which can also integrate my cell phone for hands-free calling. I went online and found that Audiowerk has great reviews at Yahoo Local and Yelp. I called and set an appointment with Sean. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.

The next day, I went to Audiowerk. Sean immediately showed me several products he recommends that would... view more better fit my budget. I liked that he didn`t pressure me into buying right away. He told me to take my time and think about it. But then again, the price he quoted me was way below MSRP, so I took his killer deal.

He told me the install would take a couple hours and even offered to drop me off at nearby Santana Row or Valley Fair where I could kill time by shopping or watching a movie. But I opted to just kick back in the Waiting Room where they have a big screen TV.

His professional and well-trained crew worked on my car right away, and my car was done faster than I thought! I`m very happy with my new system! I`m thinking of changing my stock speakers, so I`m going back to Audiowerk! I highly recommend Audiowerk! Five Stars all the way!

Worst Place You Can Land UP !!!!!!
It`s a highly unprofessional, cheap, filthy place. Do not go there. They will talk to you nicely when you go first time, but once you give them money, that`s it. Do not expect anything like customer service or professionalism. It`s not worth any time or money. The owner is very arrogant and cheap person. In case if you land up there...all the best !!!

Save yourself!
Save yourself and do not go here! They are cheap because they do horrible work. I bought and had installed two new speakers, a new deck, and amplifier and a subwoofer. I had to go back to their shop three times to get it to sound right. They first did not have the FM and AM tuner hooked up correctly and made me pay $20 for a made up part called a antenna booster to get it fixed. Later i look it in bacause the amp was... view more not tuned correctly and the sound was off. They do not even have a garage to put your car in while they work on it. Just a tarp held up with PVC. Not more then two weeks after i got my new system in was it stolen and I am convinced it was the guys who installed it. They knew exactly where everything was in the car and how to take it out and were in and out of my car in one minute. They obviously knew what they were doing. I am writing this so people know not to go here and waste their money. Take your hard earned cash somewhere else and done give it to this place. Finally, do NOT put your address on any order slip they give you to sign, that`s how they knew whee I lived and broke into my car at 4:00 in the morning. Save yourself and do not go here!
