I had a good experience!
This was the second time buying from West Covina Nissan. I would say the resent experience was a huge improvement from my previous dealing with this dealership. Philip G., from the internet department, went out of his way to find the car that would satisfy my needs. He pulled out at least five cars. Never attempted to sale more than what I asked for. My indecision was basically color combination. One may think of co... view moreurse he would go out of its way he is trying to make a sale, well not so fast, I had to go back to the dealership for items that were left behind in my trade-in and no cold shoulder from Philip, still the same attentive guy. He grabbed the tools needed to remove my items and brought them to me. Kudos to Philip
The car: Just a change from 2009 Altima 2.5S to 2012 Altima 2.5S Limited Edition. In general, I notice the noise in the cabin coming from the engine at 2K RPM or higher, have decreased considerably. It is a quieter ride. Also the improvement in suspension made the steering wheel tighter. The shifting is also tighter. I only had the car for a week, but I think the squatting with weight in the back, has not improved. Overall, is a good car. Good run for your money.
Value on your Trade-in: Not the best. Not the worst. Due your homework before going in.

Horrible service, they will screw up your credit (they offer you a really low interest rate so you can purchase the car and then run your credit thru an average of 10-15 credit companies all hard inquiries) their prices are ridiculously high and their service is really bad. I would never ever go back nor would I recommend anyone to go, they are liars if you give them a post dated check they will cash it the very next... view more day with no concern of the charges the bank will charge you. They are the kings of false advertisement be very careful when dealing with them.

WARNING!!! Bate and Switch!!!
We were willing to overlook the fact that the
truck did not have the Top Rails as in the KBB picture, but did not see that
it did not have the tow hitch. That was one of the reasons we bought a
truck. We were told that night (7/11/11) that we bought the truck, that they would find
the other set of keys. The next day we found out that the CD player would
not work. When I went in to have it looked a... view moret, they had to put in a new
system. I asked about the key and I was told it would be $30.00 for key,
$120.00 to program it, $80.00 for the Fob & $120.00 to program total
$350.00. When I asked him about the hitch that was listed and was not on the
truck, they tried to say that the page printed from the KBB was not the same
listing, and that it never listed it as having a hitch or rails, even though
the picture and description shows and lists them. I called KBB and the
original URL for the listing is still there as well as the page we have
printed with the detail of the KBB Listing. This is a case of Bait & Switch.
I spoke to Kevin and was referred to Amel Moshabad the Sales Manager. I said
we would be willing to take a key and fob in place of the trailer package,
but was told no. As I was leaving, I was told I could have a key only, which
I declined and said I will take it to the Better Business Bureau.

rip off customers
i bought a car 1 year ago, and they sold me a 26000 dol car without even a stereo, i went back the year trying to buy a new car and to trade this used car. they offered me to take my car back for $12000 and i still owe $22000 on this car. The manager was totally unprofessional and rude. his name is Anthony and i really had the worst experience in car dealer ever. ..
i can not imagine buying another Nissan . i didn... view moret think that they would change attitude so fast, they just want to sell you a car the first time and after that don t even try to have an after sale customer service, they will almost slap you in the face with your monthly statement.... worst sales person ever!

Service Department
I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest and love it, at one time I also loved taking my Quest to the service department because although a little pricey, the service was quick. Now, the prices are just rediculous and the the service department takes forever, even with an appointment. An oil change that use to take 40 min without an appointment takes about four hours with an appointment. Parts that are not available and or... view moredered....don`t hold your breath that they will call you when it comes in, chances are they will just send it back and hope you`ll forget about it. Service your Nissan elsewhere, keep all the paperwork and notice how much you will save, in time and cash. Keeping the paperwork help keep your warranty in good standing.
