Not a place to get work done on your truck. The owner is the most un professional business owner i have seen. got work done on my truck twice come to find out they didnt even know how to install ring and pinion and posi. Three ford technicians later all agreeing that grinding the main pin down in the posi isnt right. called the owner and he fought and denied that the technicians were correct. finally had to take him ... view moreto small claims to get him to pay for SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT RIGHT! Great Prices Better Service

F rating with the better business bureau

The owner is Jason Riley. This company has an ""F"" rating with the better business bureau and am not surprised.

They lifted my ford truck and took so many short-cuts that I am having an overwhelimg amount of problems now. I`m considering taking them to court.

Worst Customer Service Ever

If I could rate this business with negative points I would, beleive me!!!!!! It is literally impossible to get a hold of anyone by phone, when you go to the shop you will stand in the showroom forever before anyone even comes around to offer any help (happened many times), and that is even if the place is open, since they don`t post business hours and weekend hours are extremely unpredictible. Employees will see ... view moreyou from the shop but not offer any help.(I mean EVERYONE is in the shop) They have horrible attitudes and extremely poor customer service. They don`t call you to let you know your order(s) has/have been received at the shop, nor do they let you know if it has not come in on the predicted day. (so you make an unneeded trip, but since you can`t get ahold of anyone on the phone you have to drive down there)
