Outstanding dealership

Over the years, I have dealt with Buick, Honda, BMW, and Metro Infiniti and found Metro is by far the best dealership. From the General Manager, to the sales staff, and service department, they all are customer service oriented and listen to their customers. I based this opinion on having completed 4 lease transactions with them and just purchased my newest Infiniti. business ethics

There are 2 ways to beat your competitor provide a better service and price of your product or bad mouth your competitor. This dealership decided to do the later. Decide for yourself if you want to deal with this dealership.

Think Twice

I renewed my lease with Metro Infiniti in the Spring 2010.The Metro Infiniti Dealership over promised and under delivered. I had two months left on the old lease with no wear and tear and all paper work to prove all maintenance was made on the old lease throughout the time I owned it. (They didn`t want to see it or didn`t need it for the new transaction.) The Sales Rep Billy Adams and Finance Manager Dave Wood stated... view more that the Metro Infiniti Dealership would take over the two last payments and that I wouldn`t be charged for wear and tear and that the dealership was going to take care if it. 2 certified letters came to the house asking me to pay for wear and tear and the final two payments on the old lease. David Wood the Finance Manager told me to ignore the letters as the dealership was taking care of it. I received a 3rd certified letter and became disturbed by the fact that the bill wasn`t taken care of by the Metro Infiniti dealership. I emailed and called David Wood to get clarification and he was conveniently unavailable, I reached out to my sales representative Billy Adams and he would only speak to me over the phone and he said that he was taking care of it. After 6 days without an answer or reply from Billy or David I sent a formal email to the General Manger Harris Ruderman. After a 13 days of going back and forth between the customer ""me"" and the sales staff nothing was resolved and now I am stuck with a hefty bill. My Mother, Father, Brother and Grandfather all have Infiniti`s. Very loyal Infiniti owners and it`s all about to change over an unprofessional transaction done at Metro Infiniti. This will not be my next lease nor purchase. When you say you are going to do something own your word and do it. I advise you to NOT to do business with Metro Infiniti, Billy Adams, David Wood or Harris Ruderman, you will regret it in the end. Also, note that Corporate Infiniti will not handle this either, each dealership is individually owned.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE!! DONT GO HERE! I guess you are only a customer when you buy! I called weeks ahead to return my leased vehicle. I arranged with Vicky. Since I work, i could only return the vehicle on the weekend. Vicky only works Mon. - Fri., so she told me just drop off the car on Sat. and someone at the dealership will just take the car and the keys. When I went there, no one knew about this and the manager named BILLY ba... view moresically blew me off, saying he can`t take the car now nor can I leave the car there for them to process on Monday. I just drove over an hour, but this guy is telling me I can`t just leave the car! Billy first offered to call Vicky to clarify, but then rescinded saying he can`t bother her on the weekend! WOW! it`s ok to have a customer drive back with the car and come back on Monday, wasting two full days, but you can`t just call your employee, spending less than a minute to clarify the matter?!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?I asked multiple times to just call her, to at least confirm that I made the arrangement with Vicky, but this guy refused-- all he had to do was pick up the phone and at least try to help! He was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, AND HE`S THE MANAGER! of course, I got really upset and raised my voice. At that point, Billy (no joke!) said he won`t help because I`m ""yelling"" (yeah, because you`re not helping AT ALL!) and told me, ""there`s the door. Leave!"" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! another gentleman finally came around and helped. He took the vehicle and the keys, so it could be processed on Monday. So Billy lied about not being about to leave the car. He refused to make any effort to help. If this is kind of service you want, by all means, shop here.
