Nice guy. Ask questions.
I first took my car years there ago to Darrin, who was a creative-problem solver but has since left. I have never met Mike who is getting a rave review from one reviewer below. The only person I`ve been interacting with for years since is Sam. He gave me fine service 3 times, and a fourth time we paid $600 to get our old Suburban to stop jerking, but the service didn?ˆ™t fix it. We weren?ˆ™t upset because we did get v... view morealue from the tuneup and know some old car issues can be hard to pinpoint.
Most recently when I was quoted work, it was not fully explained that the fix was likely to solve the problem but may not, and then I could be looking at thousands of repairs for engine trouble (for a 9-yr-old car worth barely $2K if that). I went ahead with $1200 in work and on the day I was supposed to pick the car up got this bad news, putting me in a really awkward and shocked situation.
When I went back to see him I was relieved that he wanted me to leave there happy and came up with a solution that worked for us both. When someone is willing to fix things, that is decent and it was clear that neither of us wanted to wreck the other`s day.
I have taken 3 cars to him in years past and hoped for enough info to make decisions on expensive repairs. He was not thinking ahead about how one of the possible outcomes could impact me financially, which is specifically what I feel I am paying an expert for, to give me the bottom line and the potential costs if one of the outcomes could involve a boatload of money more. Bascially to always clarify the worst case scenario, even if it`s unlikely that will happen. He made good on the situation after we talked it through.

Very helpful with customer`s in mind.
I went there recently to change my brakes.
They were honest with me in being sure of the parts and what I actually needed. I did not need to resurface my rotors, nor replace them. So they told me to wait. I found that very nice since I didn`t have to spend the extra 400 dollars or so on just rotors.
They definitely gained me as a regular customer for my car needs, and I`m sure they`ll gain you too!

These guys are super shady!!!
My wife got into an accident and decided to use T Tech based on them having an auto repair and body shop at one location. They promised to replace all the dented/damaged parts on the car and fix the gas meter. Instead of replacing the body parts, they used the existing damaged body parts and hammer them out. Basically they charged full retail price for all the parts even though they did not purchase any new parts.... view more Furthermore becuase they were repairing the dents instead of replacing them, they took over a month to do the job, when they promised a week. Obviously repairing will take longer than replacing and they used the excuse of the gas meter. Furthermore, they did a really crappy job, you can still see dents and the bar which holds the spare tire, which they promised to replace, is still broken and the attached tire rattles. Also, the back trunk they fixed leaks in the rain and makes noise at high speed. My wife is very knowledgeable about cars, she has a mechanics license, but she is a small, cute woman, so they tried to take advantage of her. She asked them why the gas meter was taking so long when their are only a few places that could have been the problem. Upon calling them out, they continued to talk down to her and they had an excuse for everything and still had the same attitude that they did nothing wrong. All we wanted was our car fixed, and now we have to deal with all of their drama. Since then, I`ve talked to a few shops that know about them and found out they basically outsource most jobs without any supervision. Do not use them. Do yourself a favor and use a business that cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I will never use them again. If I could give them less stars I would.

Most honest mechanic I`ve ever met
I`ve been going to Mike for years because he is the most honest mechanic I`ve ever met. He`s reliable, has integrity and is a trustworthy. One time I went to him for a rear main seal leak and he told me that he wouldn`t recommend spending the $300 to fix. Instead, he said to wait until I had tranny work done, then he could fix it cheaper. Go talk to him, you won`t be disappointed.

Customer service
I found them to be very honest and only repair what was needed and those repairs were at reasonable rates. The work was satisfactory. Very concerned about my satisfaction and understanding of the repairs. An excellent place to take a car, intelligent mechanics.
