I took my son`s `04 Ford Ranger Edge to Nick at FTS Auto on Convoy because it would only make half power upon acceleration. It had been to 2 other shops that had given up on the problem. Nick ran diagnostics on the truck with an on board scanner but found no abnormal conditions, except that the truck still had low power. Nick and his crew didn`t give up like to other shops did. It took many hours troubleshooting b... view moreut they found that the computer needed updated and found a bad crankshaft pulley. He repaired all problems and charged a very fair labor rate for hours spent. Nick even repaired a small coolant leak and never charged for parts or labor. The truck has never run better. I would refer FTS Auto to anyone because of their honesty and expert knowledge in the field. Rest assured you will be treated fairly and not charged for parts you do not need. We will continue to use them for all our automotive needs. Thank you FTS Auto, from another satisfied customer.

These Guys are AWESOME

WOW these guys did it all they called me before they did the work, they gave me a good price, they gave me 3 months to pay for it with no interest, and all the work comes with a NATION wide warranty and the brake parts have a LIFETIME warranty. Great Work

Great Auto Repair Facility

I`ve been to several so-called Auto Repair facilities before FTS, only to be given the run-around. I was getting a thumping noise in my front end and was told it was everything from axles to bearings. FTS found the problem to be flat spots on my tires. They also informed me that the sidewalls (on my tires) were cracked. I replaced the tires and the thumping noise disappeared. Thanks Steve
