I broke down in Hayward , ca I called several other towing companies and they didnt even answer there phones late night . All day tow answered there phone and they were to my location in 15 minutes , the driver was fast , we went to auto shop I use , it was late night . He dropped the car off . But I didn`t have a ride home . I lived 5 miles away and the tow driver offered to drive me home . I was very satisfied with the servie I was provided with. Not only did they tow my car home, the gentleman was very polite and courtious. I have recommended them to several family members and they have all been very satisfied as well. I would recommend them to any one. Their prices are very reliable and good. Crooks and Ripoff Artists

I was visiting a friend, around whose place the signs were not very good. My car was towed by these people. They took it about 5 miles and it was stored for 2 hours tops. I had to go to their lot, wait over an hour for someone to show up at 9:00 pm. Their Charges: $380.00: Towing Charge $165 Labor Charge $75 Storage CHarge $65 Gate Charge $75 This is highway robbery and Blackmail!!

Ridiculus service

This place is a joke for a tow truck company. My trcuk was tow away by them and we beat the tow truc to the yard and thats that he had a 15 minutes head start. The they steal charge me the gate fee and storage fee when it was only there for 5 minutes.There receptionist was not even helpful at all ahe could not even tell me why I was even getting charged for gate, and storage fee when it was not even there for less th... view moreen 5 minutes. She told me at it $385 dollars and if I come back tomorrow is $305 dollars I asked her why is it less tomorrow instead of right now she cold not give and answer or the tow truck guy they said talk to the manager tomorrow. The storage yard did not look safe at all.

Questionable Management

Car was parked outside of a residence for LESS THAN 5 min with an open garage and evident notice that the person was coming back in less than 2 min. Wallet/phone was inside, now I realize they had a right to tow but they charged $380 even though we got to them before it was even in the lot! Charged a "Storage Fee" Even though the car was released outside of the lot where they store the cars. Numerous fees which see... view moremed very superfluous and not quite legitimate. Ridiculous, also the man who was at the attending lot had alcohol on his breath, we will be filing a report about this. I am not saying they had no right to tow but I am saying their fees were not correct and the management was horrific. Very unprofessional and overall a questionable business.

WARNING!! Scam artists!!

WARNING: Do not use All Day Towing in Hayward, CA. They are a completely dishonest company. We recently learned that they will drive around looking for vehicles to tow for no reason. Then if you are there and stop them while your vehicle is being "hooked up" to the truck, they will take cash from you to prevent it from being towed. Otherwise, they`ll just take it and charge you a couple hundred dollars to get it... view more back.
