Burlingame Collision Center is a family owned repair shop that does business the "old fashion" way - they put the customer first. Don, the owner, was a great help in repairing my recent accident. I had seen the Burlingame Collision Center on California Dr for years, so when I needed a couple of holes on my bumper fixed I thought "why not stop in?" That was 2 years ago, so when I recently scraped a family members Lexus, parked in my driveway, with my Lexus, BCC was my first and only stop. Don carefully explained the insurance and repair process with me. What i didn`t realize is that the insurance company is the main reason why the process takes so long. If I had spoken to Don before calling my insurer, It would have saved me a week in repair time. Of course the repair work was excellent - actually the car looks better now than it had before. Again, they buffed away up a couple of marks that weren`t on the claim for free! Use Don as a source for not only repair but to help you deal with your mega corporate insurer - He will save you time and money! BCC is in my rolodex along with my doctor, lawyer and hairstylist . -Tim

THE VERY BEST!

I came to Burlingame Collision after reading consistent top notch reviews on local sites such as "Small Town Burlingame", "Local to Me", etc. I am a retired project manager from NASA and started my career in Quality Assurance and Control with the Dept. of Defense, so I have a keen "inspector`s eye" and I KNOW quality and service when I see it! Don, the owner, takes personal interest in every customer and goes out o... view moref his way to listen and respond to each person`s interests and needs. For me he immediately took responsibility for ALL aspects of my case which involved severe vandalism to my car all the way around. He coordinated with both the rental car and insurance companies to make it easy and convenient for me. He also offered a lot of very valuable information on dealing with insurance companies, the new and used car business, resale values and how to buy and market a car in today`s high tech world. Most importantly, he represented ME and did not compromise when dealing with the insurance adjuster. My car looks better than when I purchased it and I cannot recommend Don and his business more highly!

Painless

Not only did Don fix my car (which was in an accident) he fixed a preexisting scratch and filled up my gas tank at no extra charge WOW!!
