Simply The Best!

I have been going to Moss in San Bernardino for many years now. Sales, service, parts, body shop....I`ve used them all. Joani the service manager is just amazing. Gary in the collision center stays on top of your job and more importantly stays in touch. If they don`t have your part, not just for Chrysler by the way, they will have it in a day or two. My experience at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of San Bernardino was most enjoyable. The staff was courteous and friendly. My salesperson was knowledgable of the vehicle I bought. The sales manager was extremely helpful by forwarding a video of my vehicle on YouTube which helped me get a better feel for it`s condition and features without having to drive out to the dealership. Additionally, I found the internet ... view morepricing to be in line or a little lower than book value for the vehicle. The finance department clearly explained the available forms of financing and had rates competitive with my credit union. At the completion of the transaction, the service staff took extra time to go over certain features I was unsure of. (Fog lights, 4WD etc...) The entire transaction was completed in quick 3 hours inclusive of test drive and some discussions on the vehicle. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend this dealership to others.

My experience at Moss Bros. San Bernardino was very positive. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and my recent experience at Moss was a clear example of how it should be done. I made initial contact over the phone to arrange to see a specific truck I was interested in. This dealer was 200 miles from me with many Dodge dealers closer. The experience the sales team exhibited when questions were asked about the truck was impressive. The truck was delivered fully detailed and my trade-in was fairly appraised. Most importantly, the whole process was done with a high level of ethics. A genuine effort was made to make this the best buying experience possible. I will definitely return to Moss when I make a Dodge or Jeep purchase in the future. Special thanks to Robert Rawls, Bill Lundsford, and Tommy Rodriguez for making the whole process go smoothly. If you have a bad experience at Moss, it just may be because of you! The people at Moss went out of their way to bring three trucks to one location for my inspection. Wayne Allen and the other sales people responded to my e-mails and actually answered the questions I asked. They were forthcoming when working out the details (price etc.) over the internet. They were patient as I nitpicked each truck trying to make a decision. No sales pitches. No steering me to the truck they wanted to sell.
