HORRIBLE CARS!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFFS!!!
I bought a 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT in October 2009. I put $5000 down and I owed $1700 in payments. They told assured me that there were no problems with the car at all, they said it was a great car with no issues. I learned to NEVER believe a used car salesman! The day I drove it home off of the lot it overheated on the freeway home. I called them and informed them the car was overheating. They said it was probabl... view morey just a bad thermostat, but I was stuck with the car. They said they would cover the cost. We replaced the thermostat and the car was still overheating. 6 months after buying the car it still overheats when driving, it wont pass smog, I need a new transmission, I need new catalytic converters, I need a new motor mount because it was broken, The EGR valve cylinoid is bad, I also need a new water pump! All of these problems were exsiting from the day I bought the car.
I have called them numerous times to resolve these issues. I told them they said there were no problems, they said they had the car looked at before they sold it to me and it had no problems. Which is a lie because I have had problems since day 1. They would listen to everything that was wrong with the car and then say they couldn`t give me any answers because I had to speak to the owner. Well the owner NEVER returns phone calls or is "Not in". They have HORRIBLE customer service, and sell broken cars! I paid them a total of $6700 in 6 months and they told me that I was lucky it even drove off of the lot that its my fault I got stuck with a broken car because I bought it used and used cars are not reliable. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They seem nice until they screw you over!

Poor vehicle safety inspection
We purchased a 2004 Chevy venture van from them on feb 6th,2010. Paid cash for an amount of $5222. within a days time, we noticed the brakes grinding and softness in them. We took it to our local mechanic in Sacramento,ca (where we live). Which they advised us that the brakes were beyond safety regulations and should have been replaced by the dealer. The dealer insisted us that they did a safety inspection with their... view more mechanic and inform them to change anything that needs to be changed. This is not the case. The pads for the brakes are metal to metal on one set and the other is no thicker than 2 credit cards stacked.
In attempt to resolve with the dealer, they only wanted to give us their cost to fix the brakes $110.00. Well in retail business, we were charged $333 and some change. To date they have not contacted us and we have filed a claim with the BBB and will file an investigation with the DMV and will take them to small claims court if needed. The dealer that sold us seems nice enough and still has spoken in a polite fashion. But the owner is not returning phone calls and we have not heard anything as of yet.
