I have always taken my 2002 BMW 528 to Niello for service however spending $300+ for basic service got a bit old so my sister recommended Quality. Tried it last week and saved about $190! Maybe they don`t offer a free loaner car but since it only took about 20-minutes who needs it!

Don`t BELIEVE the $20 oil changes
I used the $19.99 oil change coupon & they scammed me. I ended up paying $60 since I needed the higher mileage oil & they DIDN"T even worn me of the higher price difference. If you go in with a $20 coupon for an oil change, you expect to pay $20 when leaving the place. Also they took out my air filter & showed me a comparison between my old & a new one. I think they should`ve ASKED me first i... view moref I wanted my air filter taken out. OVERALL, my first experience at this Quality Tune-up were 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN. They need to know how to better their communication with customers. Customers BEWARE get a second opinion before getting your car serviced here.

SCAMMERS!!
