Incredible VW repair shop!!

If anyone is seeking a reliable, reasonably priced and awesome VW and/or Audi mechanic shop, Kombi Haus is the place to go. They performed mechanical repairs on my `03 VW Jetta TDI after I had hit something on Hwy 80W last May. After the dealer performed costly collision repairs, I later experienced additional mechanical repairs. I heard from a friend about Kombi Haus and called them for an estimate. They quoted me a... view more price of $1100.00 in savings compared to the dealer, and so of course I went to Kombi Haus. They not only performed the work at a cheaper cost, but it turned out that there were more mechanical repairs that were required which initiated supplemental claims to my insurance company. While I fought with the insurance company to cover the supplemental repairs, Kombi Haus not only provided cheaper parts and service, they also stored my vehicle for me during this time (2.5 months!) and were very gracious, courteous and extremely patient while the process was finally approved. Justin, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate me and the staff were extremely kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of paying dealer prices for mechanical repairs and/or maintenance. Their mechanics are factory certified and they stand behind their work. They also have a full body/paint shop, do full restorations, and will be my mechanics for life! (Thank you, Justin & Justin! You were awesome!)

Honest Mechanic

I am the only person who works on my car. I have major problems trying to trust people to work on it and pay them to when I can do most of it myself. A while back my Bus broke and I didn?t have time to fix it. I took it to Kombi Haus and the guys there were straightforward and honest. Best Restoration Repair Shop in CA.

If you have a Vintage Volkswagen, this is the place to take it for all of your restoration needs!! If you have a modern watercooled car like a Jetta, Rabbit or a Eurovan, don`t take it anywhere else. Kombi Haus is a one stop shop for VW repairs. I`ve been taking my Volkswgens to Justin at Kombi Haus for over 17 years. He`s worked on my Type 1`s, Buses, Scirocco and Rabbit GTI. I have a 1964 Deluxe with over 100,000... view more miles on my new POSI engine and new POSI transmission with a Bus Boys kit that Justin installed back in 1997, and it hasn`t broken down once... well, I have snapped quite a few clutch cables because I drive my bus pretty hard sometimes, but Justin was right there to take me in and repair it, the same day. Kombi Haus has done all of my tune-ups and valve adjustments for well over a decade now, and they just replaced my transmission in my 84 Rabbit GTI over a year ago and it hasn`t had any problems since.
