This place deserves a -5 star review. This place is run by the owner Harry. The 1st time I went here he told me that my belt was going to break and it could cause a huge car crash. That was about 4-5 years ago. At the time I believed him and paid the $250 for the new timing belt. In reality, I didn`t need a new belt at all. I went there for his "cheap" $20 oil change but instead I came out being a victim to... view more his scheme. The last time I visited him was last year when I went in for a oil change and when I was about to sign the papers to release my car to him to complete the service, he told me that I was "Honey, last time you came here you were very rude to me. See I have it on file." I immediately stopped signing the paper and told him that he was unprofessional and rude to me. I remember specifically the last time I came to his oil change that he was trying to tell me that I needed new brake pads and I told him no thanks I have a friend who can do it for me for $20 total when he was charging me $35 each! He got mad and tried to question me about my connections and no one does brake pad changes for that cheap unless they are rip offs. Can you believe this man? Not only does he have the nerve to rip me off but in addition he interrogates his customers. By the end of the conversation I RE-told him that he was rude and unprofessional and he told me that my presence was not welcome in anymore. Who would want to come in to your auto shop after you hold a grudge on customers who are right about your performance? Makes you wonder why other yelpers have damages to their car after they left your shop! No is No, and this man wont take No for an answer. Since last year I have been using Yelp and I have noticed numerous fake accounts made by him and putting up positive reviews. A auto shop should be people who earn their customers trust, not people who put up fake accounts on numerous websites to lure in victims! This man has no shame. I can`t wait till they get shut down. Ohh and ladies I forgot to mention that he told me that since I was a "girl" I don`t know a lot about cars. He didn`t even use female or women but used the word "girl". I am sensing that he is sexist towards women. Not only was he rude but he doesn`t have any respect for his customers. His business is going down so bad that he has to put up coupons to lure in people. Such a shame what this man has done in his life. When he lies in his grave, more people will be at his funeral relieved that he has died then feeling sorrow. Since this is Arcadia, its probably easy for him to rip off rich Asians, but when word gets out through out the years, the lies will catch up to him dearly.

RIP OFF, BEWARE! and here is why! I went in for a simple oil change. I was told my radiator is leaking and needs to be replaced. Don: &quot;Yea see it`s leaking&quot;, (showing me green radiator fluid leaking from the sides of my radiator with a flash light) &quot;We can change it right now, we have a 90 day same as cash policy&quot; Me: What is that? Parked the car in the street and started wiping away the leaky radiator fluid. Upon closer inspection, I find that it is GREEN Radiator fluid. I look at my Radiator reservoir tank and open it. Look inside, and my radiator fluid is ORANGE!! I knew that mofo wanted to rip me off. I called him back and asked him how does Orange radiator fluid leak GREEN! I came here last minute for a quick tire rotation. The guy said my car would be ready in 20 minutes. So I went to grab a bite then came back and saw my tires and rims on the floor. The owner is a sexist temperamental rude arrogant donkey. He degrades women by talking to them as if they don`t know anything about cars. Be careful what he bills you, because my friends credit card information somehow leaked to the internet right after this transaction. These people are untrustworthy.

I dont come here for oil changes because they try to jip you of $200 worth of service before anything. They ALWAYS show me things that need to be changed or fixed. I do NOT appreciate when they show me a numerous list of whats wrong with my car. I don`t appreciate being degraded as a female by Harry. Called in for an appointment and had to wait one hour to find out that I need 5 million things for my car. I only needed an oil change and I couldn`t even get that!
