AVOID AVOID Worst service experience of my life. Brought my car in Dec 28th to Anthony, he didn`t even bother calling the warranty company till January 3rd. He didn`t return any of my calls ever. Terrible. Loaner car service was even worse. Had a loaner car from Dec 29-31, when I came to drop it off the phone operator hung up after any question. I would ask where do I take the car, he said to the service center a... view morend hung up immediately. So I called back and said where do I place the keys, he said the service center door and hung up again immediately. So I called back and asked if I could get the keys to my car, he said "NO" and hung up immediately again. At this point the loaner keys were already through the door. So I had to wave down a cab to get home. For being such an expensive car and have $2700 of work done, this is not the level of service I would expect. I will never be coming back to BMW Long Beach for any reason at all. I will be sure to tell all of my friends to never go there, and I will spread the word about how poorly I was treated. And just to top things off when I got my car back the service lights were still on. Thanks!

A good one!

Long Beach Mini was the third dealership I had visited in search of my Mini. I visited South Bay Mini and Nick Alexander but didn`t care for the experience there. I decided to take the drive to Long Beach Mini and give them a try. As soon as I walked onto the sales floor I wasn`t bombarded by salespeople. Mark was pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable about the brand. Mark answered all my questions.I truly dislike the pressure of dealerships but honestly felt zero pressure at Long Beach Mini. Buying a car is a big experience for most people and it really helps to be assisted with someone that is patient and will answer all your questions. I bought the 2011 Mini Cooper S and I must admit I am a very satisfied customer. And Mark made my experience an easy and pleasant one.I live in the Torrance area and although I live closer to South Bay Mini, I drove the extra distance to Long Beach MIni. I also worked with Bruce Shipper in the finance department. He made the final process of my Mini purchase a good one. And I had my own financing.I`ve read many negative reviews about this dealership but I guess I got lucky. I only dealt with Mark and Bruce. I would recommend that if you are apprehensive about buying a car and prefer a salesman with patience who doesn`t make you feel pressured and stressed. See Mark....

AMAZING!!

Mike was AMAZING!! Truly made the whole experience very easy and not stressful at all. Took time to answer every question and made sure he also provided information for all my options. Made the whole experience feel perfect.

They go above and beyond!

Robby went out of his way to keep me informed and up to date over the entire time my car was on order. Looking at the date and time stamps on his emails, it was clear he took time out of his personal life late at night and on weekends to keep in touch with me - this is truly above and beyond the call of duty. He is a big part of the reason the entire process was so exceptional.

NO HASSLES OR NEGOTIATING AT ALL

Huge kuddos to Robby M. in the internet sales department. I love my new BMW. The loaded specs i wanted did not exist in inventory anywhere in S.Cal, but Robby was able to find the one i wanted--it was in-transit coming into the harbor straight from the factory. On top of that, he did it at a price that no other dealership was willing to touch, with NO HASSLES OR NEGOTIATING AT ALL, and great customer service. I tr... view moreied 3 other dealerships and it was always the same run-around. They completely failed to respond to my questions and needs, but instead engaged in the typical car salesman jargon: ""How much would you like your monthly payment to be...yada yada"" Even when i call him now, well after the sale, Robby is there to answer all of my (presumably annoying) questions, taking care of me in the same relaxed 5-star manner as before the sale.

I would refer anyone i know to them

Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from LB BMW. Mike D`Amico is the nicest guy and honestly made my car buying experience a pleasure (which is crazy to even think). Financing was quick and painless. Sure they try to sell you a couple upgrades but if you say no they don`t push it at all. Easy purchase!

Jason Serot from internet sales and Ada the finance person really took care of me. At no time did I feel any pressure from them to purchase a vehicle nor was there any repeated or shady attempts at trying to up sell anything that I hadn`t asked for. I was literally able to sit side by side with Jason in figuring out my contract/sales price and really felt like he was being completely honest with me regarding all the ... view morenumbers. Heck, I ended up buying my car for ~$3k below invoice without any haggling. Although he did scheme me a little bit on my trade-in by leaving out some options for the Blue Book value, which was my fault for not paying attention. GREAT price

I bought my mini cooper from a BMW salesman on a late Sunday afternoon. ? We got there at 3pm and ended up driving my mini home around 6pm. Sales person Michael D`amico took care of me from finish to end, making sure I got my floor matts and spare key courtesy of BMW Sales department. I am a customer for LIFE!!

After a different BMW location ( cough:: in glendale:: cough) screwed up my ride (royally), Long Beach BMW just put me in a sweet new 135 M convertible as a loaner and took care of all of my needs! Did you hear that? an M series as a loaner???? woo whoooo! They were SUPER swamped over Thanksgiving and I didn`t even have an appointment! ?
