Great service and not afraid of questions.

When a vehicle breaks it always breaks at the wrong time. What makes it worse is when you try to get it fixed you are met with incompetent people. That can just drive you over the edge. Look, shelling out money to fix a car is no fun but it is a part of Auto Ownership, having people like Robert on your team makes it just little but more easily. Feeling good about car repairs again

I have had some bad experiences over the years with car repairs but at Made in Japan I feel like I am not getting taken for a ride.Robert informs me about repairs needed explains repairs to me that I can understand.Has my car back to me when promised.I feel safe with Made in Japan.

Not sure about these guys...

Twice I`ve taken our cars in to get fixed & both times we had to take them back in again because the problem was not fixed or because they caused another problem.

Both times the re-fix was free, but it still meant that we were carless for additional days, which was a pain.

Awesome shop, great service

Driving home, my car died at 5:29 pm. What to do?? Called Made in America, spoke to the manager, Robert. He sent a tow truck to come pick up my Tahoe, and bring it back to the shop. Half an hour later, Robert shows up to see if I need a ride. I was totally amazed that he showed up, he said he needed to be in the area anyway, and wanted to make sure I got home ok. It could mean another breakdown in the future if it wasn`t fixed. I had the parts replaced, and the car was ready that same day. I have not had any problems since. Excellent Customer Service

I took my Ford Explorer here because it was making a strange noise, and was met by the manager, Robert, who was very patient and understanding with my lack of mechanical knowledge. He explained to me that he would have his mechanics take a look. Robert called me back personally within a couple of hours to explain to me that the mechanics had diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing. Overall, I had a great experience with Made in America - Made in Japan, was extremely happy with the job they did and their stellar customer service. If ever I have another issue with my car, I would not go anywhere else, and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Great shop with great techs

From one Automotive Repair shop to another, these guys are great. We sublet work to them as needed and they have never let us down. They will even answer my questions on the phone and assist me and my techs anyway they can. This is one of the few shops in the area I trust my customers cars with. The best shop in town

This shop is fast and acurate. My check engine light was on and I needed a smog check. Pat (the owner) diag`d my Explorer extremly fast and told me I needed a MAF sensor. I bought and put a new MAF sensor on and it sailed thru smog without a problem. This MIA/MIJ also has the best warranty program in town, 18 months/18,000 miles. You`ll be hard pressed to find a warranty program over 12/12 in the Sac area. DISHONEST, will not stand behind their mistake

I had work done by them - I had problems later that turned out to be due their shoddy repair. This was discovered after I took my car to a different and reputable repair shop. Of course, Made in Japan didn`t own up to this. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys!
