I came in to get a diagnosis, as my check engine light was on. I needed to get my car smogged to register it again and told them if there was anything they could do to help me pass smog I would appreciate it. Their diagnosis for why the light was on was correct, however when I took my car to get smogged immediately afterward it turned out that they had detached my battery to reset the check engine light in hopes ... view moreit would pass smog. Unfortunately the smog test could detect that someone had done just that and I failed the smog because of it. To be fair my emissions were also too high so I would have failed the smog regardless but I would have hoped they would be savvy on whether that technique would work or not, especially when I went to the smog shop across the street that they recommended. tl;dr They gave me a very affordable diagnosis($20) but their attempt to help me pass smog proved futile.

I went in for a simple oil cha...

I went in for a simple oil change. BIG MISTAKE!! While shopping at the business next door I noticed Kelly`s Auto was not busy (I now know why) so I thought I could get a quick oil change. 4 hours later I am still waiting for them to fix my car for their screw-up. When replacing the Drain Plug, they striped the Plug. KELLY`S Auto Repair SUCKS!!!!!...

KELLY`S Auto Repair SUCKS!!!!! They break the ignition switch connector when installinga new ignition switch, try to fix it with 1 zip tie, then say they don`t guarantee electrical parts when I took my car back for them to correct! Crap, it`s not the part I have issues with, it`s the craftmanship/labor or SERIOUS LACK, thereof, during the installation!! It cost me, not only to replace the ignition switch but, th... view moree connector, as well. what should have cost me about $300.00 to replace the original part (and labor), has cost me an additional $549.52 for the 2 parts and labor to correct KELLY"S screwup. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!
