Don`t let the &quot;water fountain...

Don`t let the &quot;water fountain out front&quot; atmosphere fool you for a second. Not my choice for good quality work, the owners and the technicians are Mormons that do not even practice, they will roll you under the buss in a heartbeat... the shop manager and his brother are evil !! the only one worth talking to there is the receptionist ... she is awesome !! so talented and informative.. and very bea... view moreutiful as well. I know this shop stinks because I had my car repaired there and they really messed it up/// it looks like s--t...and they will not correct their mistakes... the Shop Accountant literally eats bullets for breakfast.. she is so fast to think that you are wrong and she is right ? WTF? big mistake if you bring your car to any of the G&amp;C body shops.. they actually have a guy working there to make sure negative responses like this are removed .... what a scam .. dont waste your time...go to a smaller shop where you will be treated with the respect you deserve... !!!!!! G&amp;C is not what it is cracked up to be.. I know for a fact you will be happier at any other shop !!! Ashley, xoxo

I was involved in a minor acci...

I was involved in a minor accident when someone rear-ended me. Since he was responsible for the accident, his insurance covered the repairs and I had to pick from a list of places. I had heard of G and C before so I thought I`d try it. I have to say the customer service is nice and they have a nice waiting area. That is about where the positive experience stops. My bumper was damaged and my muffler had fallen off... view more when I was hit, so I let them know that I wanted them to thoroughly check out the underside of my car. They took a little over a week to do the repairs which was okay since I had a covered rental car, but when I picked up my car, I was very disappointed. The new bumper is a few shades darker than the rest of my car, there was new scratches on my car, and in one spot it looks like something abrasive was pressed against it. And THEN, when I was getting new tires put on it a week or so later, the tire technician pointed out that I have a bent control arm which is caused by rear trauma to the car and overtime affects the alignment. It wasn`t bent before the accident so I know that`s why it was bent. They completely MISSED that even though I told them that I was concerned about the underside of my car. Not to mention that they used aftermarket and used parts on my car to save the insurance company. I qualified to be part of their `sticker` program (you get free oil changes for the life of your vehicle if you sport their bumper sticker) but I have decided that I don`t want to trust them with any work on my car again and would rather pay for oil changes somewhere else. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
