My husband and I purchased a 20,000 vehicle from them. Warranty and life time free oil change. After a month my service engine light came on. So just to make sure everything was ok we went in there. The girl was extremely rude, I guess their policy changed ruling out the warranty on our contract. After talking with many people this also happen to them. I went in yesterday to get a new car and Jonny, Sam, and Firial were all great to work with. I drove off with a new Ford Focus and I love it. They helped me all the way. I even walked away for my own cool off period and talked to my insurance company and then went back. I love the idea of getting FREE oil changes. DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE!!!

Went in to have two power door switches repaired that did not work in only the up motion. They fixed those, but amazingly two other door switches just happened to fail in the same way overnight - only in the up motion. When confronted, they offered to repair those also, for another $200+ bucks! Unbelievable! WARNING - STAY AWAY!!!!

Finally fixed

I have taken my f-250 diesel to three ford dealers in the upper central valley and they where unable to fix my intermitten driveability problem. Was told to take it to Heritage Ford after I called Ford`s customer service. Within two days the diesel tech diagnosed the problem and fixed it....not only that he gave out his cel number if I had further problems. Wants Your Business BUT Not For Service!

I purchased the `Oil for Life` service. Then they terminated Saturday service. I`m a commuter and the vehicle is only available in the evenings and weekends. I`ve suggested one night a week or every other week to keep the service Dept. open or one Saturday every month - nothing.

Free Tires & Free Oil Changes

Wow... I am on my second set of free Michelin tires because I bought my new Ford Focus at Heritage Ford in Modesto, even though I live in Sacramento. I also get free oil changes, if you need a Ford see these guys first.....
