My BMW was driving rough so I took it to Andre because it was close to work. he said I needed a new transmission which would cost me at least $1,000. I then took it to our family mechanic who we`ve used for years and trust, and he said there was nothing wrong with the transmission and the problem was something else, which was fixed for only $600. Typical grease monkey

I too had a horrible experience here. The owner (or receptionist, or accountant, or whoever the hell this guy claims to be) was rude and talked down to me. I do not recommend this crap hole at all.

Treats Customers with NO respect

Owner (Andre) told me he was going to call me back in 1 hour. 24 hours later, no call. I call him back and he doesn`t remember, so I remind him that he was going to call me back. Then he gets defensive and tells me "I`ve been busy. I don`t sit in the office all day collecting money. I actually work on the cars." ????? Ok, whatever that means. He then tells me to "relax".
