I have always been impressed on how clean the office and the garage is. You can eat off the floors. This was not my first visit to German Auto Kraft. I have to have my car at the end of the day. ( I work in Redwood City and need my car to get home). They really helped me out. On my way to work, my temperature light went on, I needed a water pump and I had to have my car finished on the same day. I could see the place... view more was completely full. They gave me a ride to work &amp; really came through for me! I did not have an appointment! They even washed my dirty car, I was embarrassed to bring it in so dirty! I was so delighted with their service!
