I`ll keep it short. My car stalled. I couldn`t get it to start. I called this towing company for a tow. It took them 3 hours to get to me in East Palo Alto. Scary. Never again.

They are HOrriBle

I was parked in apartment in the back for about 2 hours. There wasn?ˆ™t a fire line and a sign saying that I can?ˆ™t park there. The driver said they are on a contract so he searches the area for cars that need to be towed. I told him he has no business taking my vehicle because there wasn`t any indication that I should park there. While he was backing up my car I told him that was my car. He said you are going to have ... view moreto pay $100 so he can take off my car. I said no. I didn?ˆ™t have any money so I called the police and said if the manager ordered it to be towed and I should take in up with the manager. When I got off the phone with an officer. He said since you called the police I am going to charge you $180.00 I was very calm. I believe he just wanted an excuse to charge me more money. He was very inconsiderate. , and he new that he was in the wrong. I don`t recommend them all. If I was in the wrong I would had confessed but I was not; he was. I was in the cold with my nephew crying and I needed to pick up my brother from work. So while I was tied up wasting my time while they were hustling me for my money... Luckily my friend put up a hundred dollars because he barging with the towing driver..!! What kind of towing company is this..!!
