They ruined my car!

Purchased 4 new tires and went into Peformance tire for an alignment. When I picked my car up ,I noticed that something white had been splashed all over the drivers side and roof of my car. Seemed to rub off with my finger , I was in a hurry so I just ran it through a car wash later that day. Whatever it was etched into my paint ruining my paint job. Since I didn`t bring it to their attention before I left , they den... view morey any responsibility for the incident. If that wasn`t bad enough my car is impossible to steer/drive now and after several trips back to resolve the problem , which never happened , I was told I needed an entire new steering rack to correct the problem that wasn`t there before these Dark side knuckle heads worked on the car. Wish I would have just went to the dealer like I was going to before choosing these guys.

Shameful performance by ?ˆ?Performance tires?ˆ? service!!!

On December 11 2009 I brought my BMW for tire change and alignment. Instead of 1 hour, as promised by the shop manager Mr. Robert Arellano, I?ˆ™ve waited for 2 h 45 min. But that was not biggest of a deal. Next day I?ˆ™ve noticed a circular scratch around car?ˆ™s fender which could be done ONLY by tools they?ˆ™re using for alignment. I came to Performance tire and showed the scratch. Mr. Robert Arellano bluntly refused to ... view moreadmit their obvious fault and rectify the problem, using a pathetic reason ?ˆ?I don?ˆ™t know what it is?ˆ?. So much for ?ˆ?honest?ˆ? and ?ˆ?diligent?ˆ? service ... I?ˆ™ll never go back or recommend their services.
