I have patronized this firestone ever since I moved to So Cal, and never really had a problem. I dont change my own oil anymore, so I have them do this service and some other minor ones on both mine and my wife`s car. They dont try and upsell me things, and I appreciate that.The only thing is it can take a while to get work done here. Definetly always call ahead, even for an oil change. They Must Not Need The Business

They Must Not Need The Business. Twice I went to this Firestone wanting specific work done, and twice they said that they could not just do the work that I wanted. I need to have my fuel filter replaced and was told that Firestome could not replace the part without performing a diagnostic. I don`t need a diagnostic. I need my fuel pump replaced.
