I purchased a new car Sienna LTD on Sept. 8th 2013. One of the financial service staff (a women) recommended me to get a gap insurance for 5 years to protect my car. She recommended me and told me I would just pay $8 per month. But I was OVERCHARGED! $895 for 5 years!! Sounds like a scam to me..The Gap Insurance went up double price..it`s about $19 per month! I asked her why my insurance went up. She said my insuranc... view moree has increased and I have to pay for the insurance tax and have to pay $8 more. She told me $8 per month does not exist anymore. It sounds very fishy to me..So I canceled the insurance because she had lied to me about everything she had explained to me when I purchased the car. I was VERY disappointed of that service staff!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND $$$$$$

I was really disappointed after being a 10 year customer and buying two cars from them. But after the last times of being told I needed a $1000 head gasket, I am not happy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But now, if I take my cars in, they come back worse and they won`t tough them unless I sign something allowing them to charge me more to fix what they screwed up. Toyota has turned into a scam operation... view more just like all the other dealerships. And TOrrance Toyota, has became one of the worst. After the last car I bought got slightly dinged, the body shop asked if DCH told me the car had been almost totalled and never was fixed correctly. Nope. Torrance Toyota sold me a low mileage car as new that had been wrecked, repaired and the odometer turned back. All they did was make the cosmetic repairs. DCH Torrance Toyota should be avoided at all costs.

I can`t begin to tell you how anxious I was at the thought of buying a new car. Due to the economy and a recent divorce, my credit wasn`t very good. I was a bit embarrassed and uncertain going to a dealership to negotiate for a car.

I met Sam Killebrew and he is a professional and a gentleman. He patiently showed me car after car. He explained all the features and benefits, making me feel right at home.

Worst Experience Ever

I called the stealership spoke to Kaya and asked if he had a Highlander v6 base on his lot. He put me on hold for a few seconds and then told me they did. I made an appointment with him, letting him know I was traveling an hour and a half to him after work to please veify they had the car. He told me they had it of course I get there and they start showing me other cars. I ask what happend to the car I was inquir... view moreing about. First its we can`t find they keys then its we sold it yesterday. This is criminal wasted 5 hours of my time between them trying to make deal on another car and me traveling from the valley all they way out to Torrance.
