BEWARE of the Shady Business

Beware! Shady business - got my car back with gas tank on empty (was full when we dropped off). Insurance paid for repairs but George didn`t order parts on time so my car was in shop for 8 days -my insurance company told me the usual time is 1 day. Buyer Beware Lies Lies delays......

I was referred to Spencer`s bt a friend SHE thought they were legit. GEORGE told me he would be faster then progressive [2 weeks turned into 7] that he woould be in contact daily w/ insurance [weekly at best] the last straw was today I found out that a tie rod [kindof important] that they claimed they replaced is bent [ naked eye bent] My car had half a tank I got it back on FUMES ran out within 2 blocks . Left in the dark

My car was put in the shop on the 3rd of the month and it is now the 15th and i have been told by GEORGE over and over he will call me back, i also just drove to the office, but he was on lunch and the receptionist took my info and said he would return my call immediately. still haven`t heard from them. I would not recommend them to anyone, they treat you like a paycheck, no communication until they need a signa... view moreture or more money.
