Stay AWAY _ Serious Rip Off

After an enthusiastic chat and reassurance that all of my needs would be taken care of, I took a classic vehicle to this garage to have the carburettors cleaned, brakes checked and gas tank leak fixed. If I didnt know a thing or two about mechanical work, Id of walked away from that place completely ripped off and putting my own life and others in danger. It turned out they couldnt do the carburettors themselve... view mores so drove it god knows where for them to be cleaned and once back at base then incredibly put the dirty airbox and filter back on. (I discovered this later) While speaking to me on the phone Alex (the Boss) told me that they were taking the wheels off it as we speak and checking everything. When I went to pick it up, my $500 bill for the carburettor clean and indicator bulb change had to be paid in cash...... it was 6:30pm on a Friday. (They wouldnt take my debit or credit cards. My car had been with them 3 days and they had never once been told this, yet Id spoken to them several times) They said theyd checked the rest and the brakes, tires were OK for now. I took what I could out of a cash point and left my bicycle as a guarantee Id come back and pay the rest. The brakes failed on the way home (They never even took the wheels off I found out later) , it ran out of gas as the leak was still there and theyd ripped out the classic cup holders and there was oily finger markers everywhere. This place is a joke. Don`t ever go there. Tell anyone you know that this place is bad. I`ve was angered and discussed at what they did to my vehicle. This place is run by Romanians (I have nothing against them at all) and they are ripping you off. Terrible.
