What a horrible establishment. First of all they allow you to book an ""appointment"" but beware.......apparently it`s not really an appointment. Never mind that the Midas website says... ""Book Appointment."" So I show up at my scheduled 8:00 AM ""appointment time"" to find out that it isn`t really an appointment because it is still first come, first serve. Minimum 1-1/2 hour wait before they would even start my... view more oil change after telling me my appointment time wasn`t really an appointment not to mention the jerk behind the counter was very short with me and didn`t seem to care about my business. Stay away from this place.......... Absolutely ridiculous. I am a small business owner myself and all I can say is wow......

Worst service

I use to go to the Midas in Oceanside & Hemet, And had the best customer services from both. As soon as I walke in the manager seemed okay until he opened his mouth. We left our car and walk to a restaurant that is directly next to it. We watch our car sit there with doors and and hood open for an hour, before someone looked at it for 30 sec. They immediately call my husband to tell him we need about a thousand ... view moredollars worth of things done to our car,an the manager insists we get it done today. We tell him no since my husband checks my car daily. As we continue to watch we asked for a our tires to be rotated but only saw them put air in each tire, we also say them sit in our car for an extra ten min before backing out. Please do not take your vehicle there, unless you want your car to sit there while the employees stand around all day and not get anything done that you asked for. I`d rather drive back to Hemet then come here to get anything done.
