Outstanding Service

I have been taking my Toyotas and Acuras to Downtown Auto for years and years. They have always provided superior service at a reasonable price. I decided to have them provide the routine maintenance on my new cars, and when there was something under warranty that needed to be fixed they sent me back to the dealer. DISSAPOINTING

Posted by sons20kcar on 01/07/2009 I sent my son to Toyota Tuesday 01/06/09 to buy a car. I gave him a budget of $20,000.00 and when he asked the salesman why the used car on the lot was $16,000.00 and the new car he was looking at was only $2000.00 more...the salesman replied "No Negotiations" through up his hands and walked away. All turned out well, my son went to a neighboring lot and has a car he loves (a little over budget...but, I kind of expected that) Anyway, I don `t have the older, dark haired sweater vest wearing salesman with an accent`s name....but if you see him, don`t bother trying to buy a car from him as he obviously does not need the commission.
