We went in to buy a used car, we found a Dodge stratus that was about the price we were looking for. When we set down to do the deal they said they would buff out all the scratches , they would give us a warranty and a new gas cap, oh and do the allingment. In the end, they said all they would do is the buffing because they were knocking $500 off the car. We were not happy at all, but went ahead with the deal. We the... view moren started having problems with the starter, this is while they are still trying to get the loan finished. We took it to them, and they of course couldn`t find a problem. Anyway, they said after the sale was final they would fix it, weird cause they didn`t find a problem?then the bank called us, and we told them everything, Well they called us and told us to bring the car back because the bank wouldn`t finace us.Well we called the bank and were told that it had been approved, other then the fact that west coast had to fix the starter, Guess they weren`t going to fix it.... They were just going to stick us with the bill

mad customer

this company is verry bad ,they are very racial against hispanics and women you should not buy here there is many other dealerships out there. always run a car fax because their cars are salvaged and rollback on miles BUYERS BEWARE THEY ARE THIEFS ALL THEY WANT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
