Go To Stereoland!!

Stereoland is the place to go!! Where to start? First off i was looking for a place to go buy a radio and get some speakers, i first started at best buy like must of do because of the lack of knowledge i have in the industry of car stereo. however, realizing the lack of ability best buy has in their product not to mention the off brand names (west coat custom speakers) ha ha please. i decided to do some shopping. wen... view moret to breakers, wasnt impressed. then i went to stereoland and from the second i walk in, i was taken aback. the showroom looked immaculate. it was overwhelming how much product they carried. immediately upon going in a salesman/manager moises approached me and answered any questions i had. he was not only knowledgeable, he was polite, and took the time to teach me about car stereo product. after our conversation i ended up buying a bluetooth radio, subs and speakers for my expedition. the install was completed in a timely manner. when they pulled up the vehicle, the installer was careful to check for any scraps of wire he left and boy did the install look great! the installer took the time to give me a run through on the stereo and the subs and how to adjust what settings need be. overall i was very impressed with the experience at stereoland. my only complaint is i wish i had done it sooner. for those looking for great customer service and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to be :)

they suck

Well this is my second post at first they did a good job, or so I thought.they worked on two of my cars a big truck and a ford flex. my truck they put a alarm in and my dash is cracked and broken from them not knowing how to take it apart. a few days after they had worked on my car i noticed a few things wrong. there were dirty hand prints all over my headliner dash and light color leather seats as well then when my... view more wife drove the car and its started to rain the windshield wiper did not work. and i had to take it to the dealer to fix. well 250 dollars later they said some one working on the car pulled out some wires and left a mess under the dash. then when i had the dealer put new brakes on the rims they sold and installed would not fit with new brake pads. so I had to have a machine shop mill the pads down to fit my rims on. it gets better. so then I thought well I will give them one more chance to make it good and I had them install new door speakers a amp and a sound processor. well at seven at night when they were closing they did not put it together right and had to pull my car apart to find out why. I ended up leaving at eight a t night with wire shreds and left over trash in my car. I have a 2 year old and she was trying to eat them the next day. then two days after the install the whole system stopped working. so I called the manager and I guess it was his cell and said"" dude this is why I don`t give out my cell"" and hung up on me. so the next day i took it to a shop in Santa Barbara and the showed me why it stopped working the positive and negative wires were grounding out together and the speaker wire on the sound processor came out and there were bare wires with no tape or anything on them. that cost me 350 dollars to fix. bottom line is the suck. my car is the ford flex with the pic in the other post I could not pull off the post or i would of. go anywhere but there . they just will brake your car or truck

Stereo Land is a professional shop

In November of 2010 I took my 2010 Ford Flex in to have a bass system installed. They gave me the same if not better prices then you can get online. They Installed a set of rims with the factory low air sensors in as well. Then a week later I had them install a DVD system in the headliner, and when the head liner was down they let me instal a custom Thule roof rack system. WON`T GO BACK OR REFER ANY1 TO GO

GOT MY STEREO SYSTEM INSTALLED AND WITHIN 2 DAYS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WERE POPPING UP ALL OVER THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN I COULDN`T TURN MY VOLUME DOWN OR THE STEREO OFF OR THE BASS FROM MY SUBS WOULD GO CRAZY! THEN GOT HID LIGHTS INSTALLED AND HAD TO TURN MY LIGHTS ON AND OFF 3 TO 4 TIMES FOR BOTH OF MY LIGHTS TO TURN ON AND SOMETIMES JUST 1 WOULD TURN OFF ON ITS OWN WHILE I WAS DRIVING. NOT COOL. Terrible! Dont waste your money there

Stereo Land almost got me killed! The installers are unprofessionals! My car is ruined cuz of them. I went to talked to them..and the only think they said is...it wasn`t there fault. I know now why everyone talks sbaf about them. The only I got to say is...."if you want something done right...go elsewhere" its not worth your car getting tampered with.
