Excellent Customer Service
I did not get their names, but the techs who checked me out and then back in were really quick, nice and courteous. I`ve used this location before, and I`ll use it again.

Courteous and Helpful Staff
The guys working there were very courteous and helpful. I thought they did a good job of getting me in and out quickly, while still making sure all my questions were answered.

Untrained staff and mistakes are abundant- Be wary!
They charged me a gas refill fee even though I returned it back correctly and to make matters worse, they lost the paperwork associated with the truck. I feel their checkout procedure is lacking and employees could be trained better.

POOR SERVICE.
I used this Uhaul moving from San Fran to LA. The truck broke down 90 miles outside of SF. When I called road side assistance the representative had an attitude and hung up on me. Irate, I called back and finally got some help an hour later. I was told the van was fine, so I traveled further and realized that the van would not make it safely to Los Angeles. We drove the truck back with billowing black smoke, and cou... view moreld not go over 50 mph. When I got back, the uhaul staff ""helped"" me move my stuff from one van to another, and broke several items. My move was delayed by poor customer service and bad equipment. And, they would not reimburse me for the gas and mileage of the breakdown, 180 miles total. Next time Im using Ryder trucks. The entire experience was appalling.
