AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst body shop experience I`ve ever had.

I brought in my brand new car into this place, as it was smashed up while parked on the street. Pierre`s had to order a new OEM front bumper, as well as new liners, and headlight. When I got the car back it was in terrible shape. Even though the bumper was brand new, there were nicks all over the bumper, and there were paint drips in the crevices. I pointed out all the flaws to Evelyne (the shop adjuster), and she said that I could leave the car, or bring it in the next day and they would fix the problems in a couple of hours while I hung around. The next day I brought my car back, and she said this time said that they would have to repaint the whole bumper, and that I could pick it up the next day. Since I was leaving for vacation the next day, I told her that I would not be able to pick the car up until the following week. She then changed her attitude and tried to have me not bring back the car until I returned from vacation. I was not ok with this, because I needed the car to be done when I returned, unles I wanted to wait and open a new rent-a-car appointment, WHICH SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN NECECERRY HAD THEY NOT HAVE DONE SUCH A BAD JOB.

Evelyne eventually hesitantly agreed to let me keep the car there, but said that they couldn`t guarantee that my car would come out in perfect condition. What??? Unbelievable! What auto body shop have you ever heard of that doesn?t guarantee that your car will leave in the best of quality?

After her threat (at least I took it to be a threat), I called my insurance company, and I took my car to F Lofrono and Sons to repair all of Pierre`s shabby work. The guy Tay (is his name) couldn`t believe what a poor job Pierre`s did.

I still haven`t got my car back, so I can`t review F. Lofrono yet, but the moral of the story is....

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PIERRE`S!

Wonderful service

I, too, was referred to Pierre`s by my insurance company. They went out of their way to assist me, arranged to do the work while I was out of town, and held the car until I returned. Their prices seemed fair, the work was excellent, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I have recommended them to friends, and everyone has been quite pleased.

AA++ One Great Auto Body Shop AA++

I was refered to Pierre`s by my insurance company and I am sure glad that I was. My required work was very complicated as did not only all sides of the car require major repair, but the front wheel assembly had broken off. It was further complicted by the fact that the car had been hit several times. After the insurance company finally got their act together, Pierre`s did a great timely job. late and didn`t tell me

they had my car for a week as planned, but then when I went to pick up they said one more day, then another, then another 4. Never did they call me-I had to call or show up and got alwats ""later""... I still don`t have my car. I would never use again.

Stay Away from Pierre`s AutoBody!!!

Hey People, I have a friend who got taken advantage of by the people at Pierre`s Auto Body & Paint Shop!! Do not take your car there, I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO PIERRE""S AUTO BODY SHOP!!!! After estimating 2-3 weeks and making promises they had no intention of keeping, they still have my friends car 9 WEEKS Later! i`ve never seen service this bad!!

This has got to be the most horrible repair place ever. My friend recently took her car in to get repaired. Although it should have taken only 3 weeks, they took an extra month and a half! Not only that, but the whole time they gave her the runaround on when it would be ready. They wouldnt even bother to call her and tell her that they were running late! Go anywhere else

This place took forever with my car and once it was done, it wasn`t even done very well. I had to go to another place to get the job done right. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else straight away!

The worst ever!

Where do I begin- this auto body repair I thought was going to be a painless activity,.. but I was wrong. I was first quoted 2-3 weeks max on the repairs,.. how long did it take? Well, we are going on 9 weeks today amd it is STILL not done! Did they ever call me to give me updates on the progress? NO Their reasons why it is takign so long? They have suppliers that send them the wrong parts over and over ... view moreagain. After my car was there for over 30 days I went to go take a look,.. it was in the same place with all of the same damages - they had not touched it in 30 days! i think this place sucks, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone!
