I called this shop to get an estimate for a replacement radiator on my 2001 Toyota Avalon and the employee who answered the phone placed me on hold multiple times and eventually gave me three diferent prices for the replacement radiator. It didnt seem right. I called the following day to check pricing again and availability and the same employee (I beleive it was the owner) answered and was extremely rude. He tol... view mored me "Didn`t you call yesterday" I told him I had called the day before, but I wanted to double check the prices he had given me because I didnt understand how he could have given me three different prices for a replacement radiator on a Toyota Avalon which only has one radiator option because it has a standard V6 engine. When I asked him for the price again the employee was extremely rude and stated "WELL WHAT DID I QUOTE YOU YESTERDAY" I told him I didnt know because I didnt have the information right infront of me becasue I had called a couple diferent shops. I then asked him to give me a price again and he simply said "GO BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE" and then proceded to hang up on me. I have never experienced such a rude experience in my entire life. When I tried calling the shop back to give this guy a piece of my mind he hung up on me again. WHAT LEGITIMATE BUSINESS REFUSES TO JUST SIMPLY GIVE YOU A PRICE QUOTE FOR A REPLACEMENT RADIATOR. THIS GUY MADE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS TRYING TO QUESTION HIS PREVIOUS PRICING, WHICH I WASNT. I REALLY BELEIVE THAT HE HAD OVER QUOTED ME THE DAY BEFORE AND HE DID NOT REMEBER THE PRICING THAT HE HAD GIVEN ME. IF THIS WASN`T THE CASE, HE COULD HAVE SIMPLY GIVEN ME THE STANDARD PRICING TO REPLACE OR REBUILD THE RADIATOR. THIS GUY IS A COMPLETE "COWARD". WHAT LEGITIMATE BUSINESS OWNER SIMPLY TELLS YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN HANGS UP ON YOU..... I then when to "OXNARD RADIATOR" and the service was completely diferent. I had our radiator repaired and I can honestly tell you that I have never experience a such a huge diference with customer satisfaction. This shop actually even offered to pay me for my current radiator if I chose to get a new one. I will never go back again and will tell every one of my friends my experience.
