I have Farmer`s Insurance and Kniesel`s is on their list of top recommend shops to take your vehicle. So when my husband was in a fender bender our Agent recommend that we take our vehicle to Kniesel`s, and we agreed. They had a reputation for fast and efficient service. However that is far from what we have received. Our truck had minor damage from the accident. The truck needed a bumper, radiator and aliment. Knies... view moreel?ˆ™s has had our truck for FIVE weeks to fix only one of the issues the bumper. Kniesel?ˆ™s said that they apparently had problems finding our truck?ˆ™s bumper because it is an older vehicle (1995). Jeff the vehicle supervisor has repeatedly made one excuse after another as to why our truck is not completed. Ultimately they blamed the radiator?ˆ™s over heating problem on the trucks age and the alignment on the tires (the tires are only 1 year old and the vehicle is only driven approximately 5,000 miles per year). I would not recommend bringing any vehicle to this unprofessional shop. We do have rental car coverage with our insurance policy (20 days of rental car) but it ran out 17 days ago, no that is not a typo Kniesel?ˆ™s has had our vehicle for 37 DAYS and counting. Luckily we are a two car family but these circumstances have made it extremely difficult for us to go anywhere and do anything. We have 3 young children, one with severe medical problems who frequently has Dr. appts. a minimum of once a week, a child in sports, a spouse who works full time and another who is a full time student. Kniesel?ˆ™s has promised to have our vehicle fixed today after me informing them of my impending poor post of their company?ˆ™s service. I am not going to hold my breath for fear that I might faint. If you have Farmer?ˆ™s insurance and your agent recommends this shop don?ˆ™t walk, RUN in the opposite direction!

You can feel completely confident that they will take total care of your vehicle. I would never think about taking my vehicle to any other body shop. my car is my baby, and they treated it as if it was their baby. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you.
