Worst car buying experience! INCONSIDERATE!
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I would NEVER do business here again. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. It was a very shady and INCONSIDERATE group of people to work with.
Since our family is growing, and because we live down the street, we decided to visit Scott Robinson in search of a Pilot. Jeremiah, our salesman, was pretty nice to work with at the beginning. Test drove a used Pilot and... view more we were very interested in purchasing it. We then asked to get an estimate for our trade-in (just for knowledge) but I was going to sell it on m own. Then Dave comes in. Mr. ""gum chewing, professional"" salesman gives me a spiel and tells me I`m emotionally attached to my car and think it`s worth more than it actually is before giving me the number. Also, instead of telling us there was a lower internet price, he was working off of the sticker price. He just gave us a bad vibe and we left.
I get a call the next day from customer service and explained our situation. We head back down the street like idiots to work with Jeremiah again. Since he was busy, Bobby helps us and was really good to work with at first. He was very upfront, honest, and got to the point. Very much appreciated that. We couldn`t agree on a price for the 2011 Pilot and started to negotiate on a NEW 2012 Pilot. We told him we were interested, but they didn`t have a new EX model on the lot. Bobby said he can get it for us and would make it happen. We waited around for a an hour and told us they would call me the car would be there in 2-3 days.
2 or 3 days later, I get a call from Aaron, telling me that he can`t get a car without extra accessories. I would also be responsible for the extra cost. After going back and forth over the phone 6 times, and even offering to split the cost of the accessories I did NOT want, he would not budge. I STILL agreed to the extra cost to get the car as soon as possible. I then get another call from Jeremiah saying they found the original car I wanted and the original deal was good. He said he would call me back to schedule an appoinment. Just to be clear, all I wanted was a silver EX Pilot model with no extras.
We made an appointment for Friday at 6pm. After a long week at work, and making babysitter arrangements, my husband and I were looking forward to our new car. I get a call Friday from Jeremiah, asking to push back our appointment and I agreed. We walk in the dealer around 7pm and I ask to see the new car. Jeremiah says that ""the car is in traffic, but on it`s way!"" He asks us to wait, comes back with Joe, and Joe tells us the car was SOLD!! I was LIVID!!!
SERIOUSLY!!??!! Not one person was considerate enough of our time, our energy, my family`s time! If Scott Robinson didn`t have the car, why waste my time and tell me they were going to get the car!! So INCREDIBLY SHADY!
I feel like the plan was to keep getting us to come into the dealership and talk us into getting anything, but come on. Aaron telling me I ""deserved"" the car and the extra accessories were worth it and Jeremiah saying the car was in ""traffic""??
It`s sad that I drive by Scott Robinson everyday with my baby and now I wouldn`t even take my car there for service.
We went to Carson Honda right after we walked out the last time and had the BEST experience there. Spent half an hour negotiating, they ordered my car, went back the next day for 90 minutes and drove away in my brand new EX Pilot. Thank you Carson Honda! SHAME ON YOU Scott Robinson Honda.

Jennifer Dikilato is Simply Fantastic
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Dikilato when purchasing my Honda Pilot. I admit that I had a feeling of dread when the thought of having to step onto a lot and deal with the white shirt, cheap suit and tie crew that is normally found on a dealership lot. We all know the type -- the three pump handshake, the what are you willing to go ""up to"" mentality and the awful four box approach to buying ... view morethe car.
I went on the lot and braced myself with a quote from truecar and hoped that I wouldn`t be arrested for stabbing someone. What I was met with however was entirely the opposite. I was greeted by Jennifer Dikilato. She was happy, focused but not your normal car salesperson. She listened to what I was looking for and then took me to it. There wasn`t the auto assesment of maybe if this guy wants this, we can slide him into this model with four thousand bells and whistles.
I was really happy with her demeanor and the way that seh explained all of hte feature of the automobile and what was the good and bad. She was patient with my concerns and I never felt like she was trying to sell me the car. Rather she allowed the car to do that for itself and really she was there to answer any questions.
I wasn`t overwhelemed with the many features as she found a very casual yet engaging way of carrying the conversation along. There wasn`t a mounting pressure of we need to buy this one car or it would be stolen away from us the instant we hesitated. I felt at ease even when we returned to the lot after the test drive. There wasn`t the awful four box discussion, in part to the truecar price quote, but really due to Jennifer`s candor and the way she carried herself.
We didn`t even have to experience those traditional 30 minute waits between price points. The entire process was very well done and I highly reccommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

No Pressure Car Sales - Look for Nikos
My husband and I wanted lease a new CR-V and we saw an internet advertisement for $0 down offer. At first we went to Santa Monica Honda. They explained that no cars were available. Apparently, Honda inventory low after the tsunami because certain parts manufactured in Japan were unavailable. Thus, I wasn`t expecting much when I went to Scott Robinson Honda.
However, I was pleasantly surprised. Our salesperson... view more, Nikos Enfieljian was extraordinary. He gave us exactly what we wanted, at a lower price than expected and without any pressure. Nikos gave us $500 off because we qualified for an owner loyalty program. He even printed out our policy info on the spot to make sure we had the documentation for the discount. He didn

Best car purchasing experience ever - go to Nikos Enfiedjian
For the first time in history, our family had a GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE -- and it`s all because of the salesman - NIKOS ENFIEDJIAN. He is not like any salesman you`ve ever met.
My Father and I were looking for a car to lease and before meeting Nikos, had never once had a good experience when going to dealerships. The salesperson would play sales head games, not listen to what we wanted and throw monkey wrenches i... view morento deals at the last minute. In most cases, my Dad would end up leaving, get very stressed out at the harassment and games he had to deal with, and it was a very painful experience for him, which was always unnecessary. Based on 40 years of bad experiences, my Dad had a very negative view of buying cars and the salesmen also. (He visited Scott Robinson Honda 2 years ago and ended up leaving because of last minute shenanigans from the Finance/sales team.)
Very reluctantly, he and I came into Scott Robinson Honda last Sunday to lease a car, and we were fortunate enough to come across Nikos, a pleasant and very straight forward young man who surprised us right away with his honesty, his desire to help us, and his professionalism. We knew right away there were no games here - Nikos honestly worked to get us the best deal he could and even walked my Dad through all the financial breakdowns. (My Dad is a Finance specialist so he likes to break down and calculate everything out.) Nikos kept right up with him, patiently waiting for my Dad to calculate and understand, answered all his questions and made sure we understood and were happy with everything. Nikos bent over BACKWARDS for us. There were no monkey wrenches, no sales ploys - just straightforward, honest and helpful professionalism. We were THRILLED!
In the end, Nikos got us exactly what we needed, the deal was simple and we were in and out of there very quickly. Nikos even filled up our car with gas, called after to make sure we were happy, and sent us a lovely thank you card a few days later. My Dad marveled saying what a painless experience it was, and that in 40 years, this was the first time he had a great experience with a sales person getting a car. He only wants to work with Nikos from now on. I too have dealt with other Salesmen at Scott Robinson and no one even came close to Nikos. We will be referring him for any friends/family who are looking for a car.
I can`t say enough good things about this young man: he is honest, kind, caring and completely defies every stereotype that exists about Car Salespeople.
He is fantastic, deserves much success and accolades!! GO TO THIS GUY IF YOU NEED A CAR!!!! You won`t regret it.

Great Service Drive avoid the Body Shop
I cannot believe the body shop and service department are at the same place but are so opposite. I have had absolutely no problems from the first day I took my car for servicing with Henderson NV frames on my car. They treated me like I had purchased from them. It is wonderful. Then....I had an accident and they kept giving me wrong days that my car would be ready. When I went to pick up my car (finally...but hey I w... view moreould rather it be done right), the windshield wipers (front to back and washer) were wired incorrectly, but did not notice that until late. I was at the cashier in the body shop and she turned to my stress my service adviser and asked if I owed anything and he said I did not. Great, I got my car repaired and the insurance must have covered all of it. Well, three months later they are calling me who has a paid in full receipt and they are wanting me to pay $500, my deductible even though they said no charge. They had the nerve to tell me that if it is not paid by the end of the week they were going to haul me to court to retrieve the money. With my paid receipt I nearly did go along with that, but if the court asked where my proof of payment was to back up the receipt, I would lose. Well, I gave in for their mistake and paid them the money. The service drive is so different. They are genuine and won`t push you for a service that you don`t need. In fact I was told my next service I need new tires so at least that is not a surprise to me when I bring my car back. It is a 2004 so I guess it is due for tires. However, back to the body shop. This is why they get satisfactory because I want to give 1 star (Not Recomended) but the service drive gets 5 star (Highly Recomended) so I have to average out (5 + 1 star = 6 star divide by 2 is 3 star)

Wouldn`t come back to Scott Rob
My first trip to Scott Robinson was in June 2008, and i wanted to get my 3rd gear replaced on my Honda civic Si. People across the nation have been having problems with their 3rd gear, it`s not just me. The gear wouldn`t shift properly from time to time. So they tested out my car and found nothing wrong. Okay so I can`t prove to them my gear doesn`t function as it should. I later find out that there was a TSB out in ... view moreApril of 2008, which you can find online, for my car which stated many people are having troubles with their 3rd gear and they should have replaced the gear but didn`t. As an unknowledgable customer i would have wished as a Honda dealership they would have told me that and just fixed it. So i`ve been driving around miserably in my Honda Si which you know is a sporty car but if you can`t shift into your 3rd gear properly, then it`s just a regular honda.
Second visit, I got an estimate from them to replace something, I`d rather not say for what, incase for whatever reason I do regretfully have to go back to them. The cost they gave me was $1700 at first. Then I asked for a discount so it dropped to $1400. Great they`re giving me a big discount. Then I do some calling around elsewhere at other Honda dealerships and the price came out to $750 with no discount for the same service. Hmm i`m scratching my head right now thinking how can these two Honda dealerships have such a different price. I just feel they`re sleezy a Honda.

Great Honda dealer!!
I just bought my new Honda Accord from Scott Robinson Honda and I must say it was a great experience! I started my reasearch through the interent, found their website, got a quote and was taken care of just like they said they would take care of me. No games, no back and forth with the manager and all the other horror stories you hear about when buying a new car. I got a great price on the car and the treatment from ... view moretop to bottom was the best ever! If you need a Honda go see these guys!!!
