Tried to rip me off. Not honest or professional.

A woman at my work backed into my rear bumper and I had to go get it fixed. My first stop was at this place. It looks nice and I see it every day on my way to work.

I told the man that was giving me a quote how I was not going to be using my coworker`s insurance. I also explained that besides the damage she did, I wanted to fix damage that I caused when I backed into something. It was right by her dent... view more. He gave me a quote of about $650 for her repair and that the spot I had, he would charge less than $100.

I went and got a second quote from Westway Autobody & Paint Shop that was near by. Their quote was at least $200 less and the nice man explained the whole process of repairing the bumper. He took the time to take me back into the work area and I saw the whole process of how they repaired bumpers. The first guy from Caliber tried to take advantage of me because my spot that he was charging me to fix would have been fixed when they corrected the other damage. I got my car done at Westway. They were fast, professional, and they waxed and washed my car.

Being a girl away from home, I found this whole process new and confusing. I`m glad Westway was there to help me out. I`m really upset with how Caliber handled my situation.
