Charged Double, Took Triple the Time, Horrible Service...

We went in to have them install a switch and do the wiring on our train horns (the horns and compressor were already mounted). We made it very clear that we were looking for someone to wire the horns to a switch inside the truck`s cab so that the switch would dump the air in the compressor and sound the horns. The guy sent his tech outside to check out the truck and what was already installed, spoke with his guy a... view morend then quoted us $40. He said it would be $40 and done in an hour. Not only did it take them 2 hours and 45 minutes to do it, but he charged us $80 and would not give us the keys to our truck without paying him DOUBLE what he told us the price for the work would be. It is not our fault that it took him so much longer to do the work. He had inspected what needed to be done and stated that he understood the job before quoting us. The employee said there wasn`t anything he could do about it, he had to charge us the $80. So, we paid the $80 via debit card and said we would come in on Monday to speak with the manager. We wrote on the work order before signing it expressing our disappointment in the work done, and then he wouldn`t give us a copy of it. We had to stand in there and argue with him for another 10 minutes just to get a copy of our work order (the yellow copy, which is supposed to be given to the customer). After all that, we got home and discovered the work was really shoddy and the air line blew off when we used the compressor. The work was incredibly POORLY done. Please do not use this company.
