Great service
This company took a brake problem that I had with a Jeep and fixed it within a day. Another shop in town couldnt figure it out. On top of that Dave was less expensive for the fix than the other company was trying to diagnose it.
Highly Recommended

Very disapointed
My husband crashed my car into a divider... low impact but the front tires were popped and the battery was cracked. Long story short D and H said they could do no diagnostics till they replaced the tires and the rims... it`s a 1990 Volvo... so they ""had"" to be shipped from Oregon... which I did believe at the time. Then D and H some how magically did diagnostics on the car and said we needed $3,000 worth of work. ... view moreWe decided to trash the car and cut out losses, but D and H would not ""let us"" because of a verbal authorization to fix the tires. Now, just as ""magically"" we can just fix the tires and the battery (plus clean-up) for $700... I don`t know how D and H is on the AAA list. They will do everything possible to take advantage of the consumer.

Auto Repair Done Right The First Time
I stopped by for an oil change and was greeted by a friendly and warm staff. I was so amazed at how clean the front office and the shop was. While they were preforming my oil change, they preformed a 52 point inspection and found a few items i needed. If they had not looked, the repairs would have cost a lot more down the line. while they repaired my car they were able to have the shop shuttle drive me home and pick ... view moreme up later to get my car. This shop is awesome and very knowledgeable. I saw ASE certificates for all of their technicians. I am very impressed and will bring my car back every time i need any work done. GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.

You don`t need to spend all $ in diagnosis screening they will try to push on you.
Think about that. Your car is 6 years old and has been treated in a very well maintenance. The breaks lights are all not working. You take it to your mechanic. The guy verifies the bulbs. They are ok. What would be the next step for a good mechanic? change the switch on the break pedal. But...An good and confident mechanic shop would do it. On that place, you will pay for a complete electrical screening revision, jus... view moret to figure out what any dump mechanic would realize after one week of experience. You have to change the switch. At the end you paid much more $ boxes for a electric service you didn?t need. Another thing? you pay by the alignment. If you bring the car back twice because you are not satisfied, they do not assume their incompetence. Just say ""we can not do that for FREE again, if you are not satisfied get your money back and get out from here"". Believe or not.
