Just do what I ask.

You ask for a specific service and they always try to tell you something is wrong with the car.

It`s really obvious when you bring two cars in fairly close together that they get confused. I was told I needed rear breaks on both my vehicles. They also don`t always listen to your requests for service. I have twice now asked for tire rotations, along with other service, and they weren`t done. I think I am done ... view morewith this location and chain altogether. Too bad it was very convenient.

It really bothers me they try to tell you stuff is wrong with my vehicle. I don`t believe them!

Poor leadership, unprofessional

Store manager sitting on the chairs for us customers eating and watching tv! What kind of place is this? Customers can`t talk to the mechanics? I tried talking to the mechanic working on my car and the store manager wouldn`t let me talk to him! That makes me very nervous!They have lost my business.
