BUYER BEWARE-BUYER BEWARE-BUYER BEWARE
They don`t even deserve one star. We traveled over 30 miles after printing out our Internet price Guarantee from their website and when we showed up, they negated on the deal. The jeep listed in their ad was nothing like what they had to offer once we arrived at the dealership. The manager basically told us he didn`t care.
When in the restroom I overheard the dealers... view morehips managers bad mouthing some customers who were just trying to negotiate the best deal for their family. The place is filthy, the restrooms are disgusting, it feels and looks like prison. You`ll know what I mean if you dare buy a vehicle there.
Cerritos Dodge/Jeep were very professional, had a bigger selection, and go out of there way to make you feel welcomed. We bought our Jeep Unlimited Rubicon there. Good luck in your search.

Champion Dodge Downey
I am an avid TRUCK Guy - Have had a Truck Now all Makes and Models for over 30 Years! Ya Know What ?? Nothing beats the NEW Dodge Ram I purchased from Champion only 3 weeks ago.. I went in had some difficult financing situation and they got me approved within 15 minutes. No Hassle made me feel comfortable too! And, gave me all the CASH allowances represented in their weekend LA Times AD. I got the truck of my choice... view more with all the amenities and I worked with RUDY who`s a wonderful non-pressure guy." A Typical " of the car salesman in the Industry. (Soft Spoken - NO Pressure) I read the stuff people are posting and it irks me as the Finance people and owner are real nice people too.. That`s why I`m taking the time to say thank you. I bought my car at Champion who was recommended to me by two of my best friends. Good people need to be thanked. I thank you sincerely and thanks to my Friends Lenny and Pat too for steering me in the right direction.

CHALLENGE THIS...
Shopping around for a car was tough! Till I went to Champion Dodge. They had the car that I absolutely LOVE, in stock and at a reasonable price. My Sales Associate Robert was very friendly, helpful, and gave me the best price. Aside from the quality service I received, the Owner gave me a huge discount off the MSRP, AND still allowed me to take advantage of the Dodge incentives. Nothing but smiles from me and my 2010... view more Challenger R/T :)

Avoid Champion Dodge!
My salesperson told me over the phone that my offer was accepted.
I verified the price twice and headed home to get my money and paperwork together. I asked a friend to drive me to Downey, an hour through traffic.
When we arrived, the Sales Manager has added $1,000. to the agreed-upon price, giving the feeble excuse that he made a mistake.
I make plenty of mistakes, but I always keep my word. Apparently, n... view moreoone feels that way at Champion Dodge.

My first new car purchase
This was my very first vehicle. I think of myself as a reasonably frugal spender so through process of elimination, I narrowed the vehicles down to Champion dodge. I think the only reason since all prices for this vehicle bone stock were about the same was that it was closer to my house than the one other that had one in stock. First time around was late evening. No one approached me to offer assistance. I had c... view moreash mind you. I guess because of the recession they werent too busy. Second time I called and told the rep, which i forget his name, I would be down to see the vehicle. Got to the location and as a person in sales previously for a shoft stint, I notice lots of marketing gimmicks. I noticed lots of people milling around in the sales area. It was a bit comical. Most were employees that they hired just to make the place seem busy. Others were spotters posted outside to see anyone come on the lot. They werent that good of actors either ahah. Well right down to business with JEFF I believe his name was. Into the car and around for a spin. Well fell in love with it. Dodge Challenger and off to the paperwork. I brought my wifes checkbook which was my mistake. They said no problem and that they would check my credit and to bring the check later. Well after my almost perfect credit came back. They said dont worry, too much traffic now. Bring the check tomorrow. Sold me on a lojack device and setup a date stating bout half hour to install. I came back the next day to deliver the check. Spotters noticed my shirt which said Dodge on it and treated me like crap until they noticed I was a customer. I had purchased the dodge shirt a while back anticipating a purchase. Well I also noticed only 2 files including mine which I suggest were probably sales. Hopefully for yesterday and not the week. I came back 2 days later for the lojack install. Garage attendant walked up to me and gave me a look like " what do you want". I said I am having a lojack put into my vehicle. I was told it would be a hour. He said no no hour probably more like 2.5 hours. Fine. Got my computer and waitied in the waiting room surfing the web. Noticed the garage manager went to the restroom about twice without washing his hands. Disgusting. haha Well after my car was finished of course they came up to me and pampered me wanting me to service my vehicle there. Not a chance. Not even with the free carwash. Reasonably standard bargain for a stripped new car but tiring on service. TWould probably not buy a car there again. The place is borderline impoverished.
